These epoxy paints are classified into solvent type and non-solvent type, and they are applied to protect the cement concrete surface. They are widely used because they have superior performance in adhesion, chemical resistance, water resistance and impact resistance do.
After the concrete buildings such as parking lots, hospitals, airports, department stores, schools, etc. are completed, epoxy floor coatings are applied to protect the concrete floor in the building and to provide an exquisite beauty. And stable running and walking are possible, while preventing leakage of concrete from the rainwater.
Epoxy floor coatings used for this purpose are prepared by blending a resin component, a curing agent, a diluting agent, and other additives in a liquid state and then curing the mixture for a predetermined period of time after coating the same on the concrete floor. Various types of epoxy- Is widely available on the market.
Floor coatings of factory floors, underground parking lots, and various access roads are generally constructed with uniform green or gray paint, which adversely affects the beauty of the city or surrounding environment.

As an effect thereof, it has been described that when the bottom of the pattern is applied using the epoxy flooring composition, the slipping phenomenon and the lifting phenomenon can be minimized, and it is possible not only to contribute to the urban beauty with various patterns and colors, but also to minimize the noise of the epoxy have.
Such a conventional patented technology has advanced from the point of view of being able to add various patterns to the conventional floor of a monolithic gray or green one side, but there are various problems as follows.
First, for the construction of the gypsum floor, a series of operations for fixing the stencil or pattern plate on the floor with double-sided tape, preparing the required color composition, spraying, and removing the pattern plate are very troublesome, , There is a defect that the construction cost is greatly increased.
Second, even if the desired pattern is displayed on the floor, there is no means to protect the pattern, so that there is easily discolored or peeled off.
That is, even if the parking lot, the center line, the directional mark, and the disabled / female parking mark are displayed on the floor of the parking lot used by the unspecified majority, the paint has to be faded or peeled as time elapses.
Third, the design is added to the floor, but there is a flaw that makes it difficult to express a lively texture.
Fourth, cracks are generated on the bottom of the pattern when the cracks are generated due to the weak tensile force.
An object of the present invention is to provide a patterned floor structure by a simple operation of laying a fiber sheet on various floor surfaces and then curing a wear resistant transparent paint penetrated between fibers and then applying an abrasion resistant clear paint on the upper surface of the wear resistant transparent paint And to provide a patterned floor structure and a method of constructing the patterned floor structure, which can reduce the construction cost and the tensile force to compensate the cracks of the fibrous coating layer.
It is another object of the present invention to make it possible to clearly embody symbols having various colors and characters and graphics, thereby satisfying the beauty of the city and the surrounding environment.

The present invention has the following advantages in comparison with the conventional construction method.
First, when the transparent sheet material having the pattern of the fiber material is placed on the bottom surface and the transparent sheet material penetrating into the fibers of the fiber sheet is cured, the transparent material is applied on the transparent sheet material again, .
Second, if a fiber sheet having a variety of colors on the surface and having a pattern expressed by symbols, characters, and graphics is applied, the floor of the building can be expressed in various forms without performing a separate painting operation.
That is, in the case of a parking lot, it is possible to display a pattern of a parking line, a center line, a direction indication line, and a disabled person / woman parking mark without performing a separate painting operation.
Third, since the finish coat layer is protected by the pattern shown on the surface of the fiber sheet, the pattern can be prevented from being faded or peeled off even if a long time elapses.
Fourth, since the tensile force is complemented by the use of the fibrous sheet, it has an effect of preventing cracking of the coating film.

(1) 바닥면(1)에 먼지 등과 같은 이물질을 깨끗이 제거하고 바닥면의 수분 함유량이 기준치 이하가 되도록 건조하는 예비 공정(S100);

Second, it is a matter of esthetics. Conventionally, since the pattern and color mixed with the paint and the pigment mixed therewith are embodied, it has not been possible to exceed the range of the dull feeling expressed by the paint and the pigment.
The present invention can maximize the effect of esthetics by revealing the color and pattern (2) expressed in the fiber sheet (3) as the texture of the fiber.
Third, it is a crack problem of the coating film. Epoxy, acrylic, urethane, etc. are mainly used as floor paint. Among them, the epoxy resin is the most durable and abrasion resistant. For this reason, the epoxy series are most widely used as floor coatings. Nevertheless, all the paints are cracked when the base is cracked. That is, it is very vulnerable to tensile force. On the other hand, the fibrous sheet has a very strong tensile strength.
In the present invention, the
