상기 특허권 연계 서버는,
상기 특허권의 연차관리 상태를 전달받아 관리하는 연차관리부;
상기 특허권의 양도 의사 여부를 확인하여 관리하는 양도 관리부;
상기 특허권의 기술을 이용할 수 있는 사회적 기업을 선택하는 사회적 기업 선택부;
입출력되는 데이터를 저장하는 데이터베이스; 및
연차관리 상태에 따라 양도 의사 여부를 확인하기 위한 제어를 실행하고, 양도 의사가 있을 경우에 해당 기술을 이용할 수 있는 상기 사회적 기업을 선택하도록 하는 제어를 실행하며, 입출력되는 데이터의 저장 제어를 수행하는 운영부를 포함하며,

상기 연차관리부는 설정기간이 경과된 특허권에 대해 상기 특허권의 양도 의사 여부를 특허권자 단말로 전송하며,

상기 사회적 기업 선택부는, 사업분야, 사업분야 대상물 및 필요기술 구성요소를 순차적으로 검색하여 특허권을 추출하며,
