Description

경량성 및 성형성이 우수한 차량 내장재용 기재{A base substrate for car interior part with excellent light-weight property and formability}BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a base material for a car interior material having excellent lightweight properties and moldability,

The present invention relates to a base material for a vehicle interior material, and more particularly to a base material for a vehicle interior material which is not only excellent in recyclability but also is lightweight and excellent in rigidity and moldability.

As the industry develops rapidly, it is important to develop materials that can be recycled due to environmental pollution problems, can be made lighter yet have rigidity, and have excellent formability.

Resin Felt, glass fiber reinforced board, paper board, wood fiber rigid polyurethane, and the like have been found in the conventional materials for vehicle interior materials.

The resin felt and the paper board are prepared by impregnating a phenol resin or the like. The phenol resin used as a curing agent used in the resin is a kind of thermosetting resin produced by the condensation reaction of phenols and aldehydes. When the phenol resin is incinerated, Phenol and aldehyde released due to incomplete combustion act as pollutants in the living environment including the working environment, and there is a problem of discharging toxic gas.

In the case of a base material for a vehicle interior material containing a conventional glass fiber or glass chop, there is a risk that the glass dust, which may be generated during the manufacturing process and the transportation process, In addition, when an adhesive containing a volatile organic solvent for bonding the above materials is used, there is a disadvantage that it is harmful to the working environment and the human body.

Although commonly used polyurethane hard foams are excellent in heat insulation and light weight, they have low recyclability and low impact resistance, so that brittle fracture tends to easily occur in a molding process for producing a substrate.

Further, when unfoamed PET or PP sheet is applied as a reinforcing layer to maintain the rigidity of the automobile interior material base, it is difficult to reduce the weight due to an increase in weight, and heat shrinkage Resulting in wrinkles in the bent portion of the molded article, resulting in deterioration of moldability.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems and it is an object of the present invention to provide an exhaust gas purification device capable of reducing exhaust gas while improving fuel economy by reducing the weight of a material and improving not only rigidity but also recyclability at the time of vehicle disposal, It is an object of the present invention to provide a base structure for a vehicle interior material having an improved structure.

The object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle interior material base material having a reinforcing material made of foamed sheets having different expansion ratios of the same material so that the foamed polyester sheet is used as a core material and lightweight and moldability are excellent on both sides of the core material Structure.

Thus, the present invention provides a multilayer structure in which a core layer 20, which is an intermediate layer of the multi-layer structure, and a reinforcing layer 30 laminated on the top and bottom surfaces of the core layer 20 are made of a multi- A base material for a vehicle interior material excellent in lightweight property and moldability is provided.

The reinforcing layer 30 may be made of the same material as that of the core layer 20 and may be made of the same material as that of the core layer 20. In the present invention, the core layer 20 is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) foam sheet having an expansion ratio of 10 to 30, And a foamed sheet having an expansion ratio of 2 to 10 is applied to a base material for a vehicle interior material excellent in light weight and moldability.

The present invention is characterized in that the thickness of the PET foam sheet of the core layer 20 is 2 mm to 8 mm and the thickness of the PET foam sheet of the reinforcing layer 30 is 1 mm to 5 mm. (EN) Disclosed is a base material for a vehicle interior material having excellent properties and moldability.

The present invention also provides a base material for a vehicle interior material excellent in light weight and moldability, wherein the core layer (20) and the reinforcing layer (30) are bonded to each other by heat lamination.

Further, the present invention provides a base material for a vehicle interior material excellent in lightweight property and moldability, characterized in that the above-described PET foam sheet is produced by a continuous-roll process.

Further, the present invention further provides a vehicle interior material comprising the base material for a vehicle interior material. At this time, the vehicle interior material may be a polyester nonwoven fabric used as a skin material.

The base material for a vehicle interior material of the present invention can be lightweight due to weight reduction by applying a PET foam sheet as compared with the case where unfoamed PP or PET sheet is used as a reinforcing layer, It is possible to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles at the bent portion and improve the moldability. In addition, since the PET foam sheet is used as a base material, it is not only excellent in heat resistance but also has bubbles formed inside the foam sheet, thereby improving the impact energy and absorbing sound performance. In addition, when the base material for the vehicle interior material is composed only of a PET-based material, there is an advantage that defective products are generated or recycling is facilitated when a vehicle is scrapped. As described above, the base material for vehicle interior materials of the present invention is advantageous in that it is made of an eco-friendly material which can be recycled, and is excellent in sound absorption and heat resistance, especially in moldability and light weight.

Hereinafter, a ceiling structure for a vehicle interior according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows a layer structure of a base material for a vehicle interior material according to the prior art, and is composed of a base layer 100 composed of a single layer and a skin layer 400. Fig. 2 shows a layer structure of a base material 10 for a vehicle interior material according to the present invention. The base material 10 is made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) foamed sheet and has a core layer 20 and a reinforcing layer 30).

The PET foam sheet is a foam produced by an extrusion foaming method using an extruder, and has a foam cell in the form of a fine bubble, and is characterized by excellent strength, heat resistance, form stability, formability and sound absorbing noise.

Such a PET foam sheet is already known, and comprises a step of introducing a pyrolytic foaming agent and a PET resin into a hopper, mixing / dispersing the resin and the foaming agent in an extruder, extruding the mixture from the die to foam the mixture, And cooling / molding the extrudate. Alternatively, it may be foamed by using a gas such as carbon dioxide, butane or propane instead of the pyrolytic foaming agent.

The expansion ratio of the PET foam sheet to be the material of the core layer 20 constituting the base layer and the reinforcing layer 30 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is preferably 2 to 30 times. That is, when the expansion ratio is less than 2 times, the improvement of the sound absorption performance of the foam sheet 20 is not affected and the weight is relatively high. When the expansion ratio exceeds 30 times, the sound absorption property and light weight property are improved, It has disadvantages.

The base material for a vehicle interior material of the present invention is formed by laminating a foam sheet layer made of a material having the same expansion coefficient as that of the core layer and having the same material as that of the core layer on the upper and lower portions of a core layer of a polyester- At this time, the foaming magnification of the PET foam sheet used as the core layer is preferably 10 to 30 magnifications so as to improve sound absorption and light weight. .

At this time, a reinforcing layer 30 is laminated on the upper and lower portions of the PET foam sheet as the core layer 20 to improve the rigidity. The reinforcing layer 30 is formed of the core layer 20 and the reinforcing layer 30 in order to improve recyclability and moldability. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) foam sheet, which is the same material, is used, The expansion ratio 2 to 10 magnifications are preferable.

Since the base material 10 laminated with the PET foam sheet is used for a vehicle interior, it must be formed in a certain size. That is, the thickness of the core layer 20 is preferably 2 mm to 8 mm, and the thickness of the reinforcing layer 30 is preferably 1 mm to 5 mm.

3, a reinforcing layer 30 is laminated on both sides of the core layer 20 and a reinforcing layer 30 is formed on the reinforcing layer 30 if necessary The skin layer 40 is laminated and the skin layer 40 is made of a polyester nonwoven fabric.

As described above, the base material 10 of the present invention is a multi-layered structure in which the reinforcing layer 30 and the core layer 20 are physically bonded to each other to form a reinforcing material by thermal bonding, and a foamed PET sheet having a foaming magnification of 2 to 10 30) can be laminated on both sides of a PET foam sheet 20 having an expansion ratio of 10 to 30, whereby the strength and moldability of a vehicle interior material base material (e.g., a vehicle ceiling structure) 10 can be improved.

If PP or PET sheet that is not foamed is used instead of the PET foam sheet used as the reinforcing layer 30, the strength of the molded article can be maintained, but heat shrinkage may occur due to the difference in crystallization speed upon cooling after thermoforming, Wrinkles are generated in the bent portions, resulting in deterioration of moldability. Further, it is also difficult to improve light weight due to weight increase.

3, the base material for a vehicle interior material according to the present invention is further provided with a skin layer 40, which is generally a polyester non-woven fabric, on one surface of a reinforcing layer 30 laminated on both sides of the core layer 20, ) Are stacked.

As described above, the vehicle interior material substrate 10 manufactured by processing the material produced by laminating the reinforcing layer 30 and the skin layer 40 in this order by using the PET foam sheet as the core layer 20, Has an advantage of being excellent in recyclability and heat resistance, especially in moldability and light weight.

In the present invention, since the skin layer 40 made of the polyester non-woven fabric is laminated on the PET foam sheet, it is possible to melt-adhere by heat only without using a solvent type adhesive or a hot melt type adhesive, It is possible not only to simplify but also to solve the problem of the odor which has occurred when using the conventional adhesive. In addition, when the PET foam sheet is applied to the core layer 20 and the reinforcing material 30, since the material is the same material as the nonwoven fabric used as the skin layer 40, ) And core material can be pulverized and recycled as they are, thus saving resources and being environmentally friendly.

The following is an experimental example in which the embodiment according to the present invention is comparatively analyzed.

At this time, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) foam sheet in which the core layer 20 was foamed 20 times and the reinforcing layer 30 was foamed 5 times was applied.

The production of the PET foam sheet was carried out by using the specimen so as to have a thickness of 7 mm through the process described above.

The test results of the specimens prepared as described above were tested as described in the prior art and are shown in Table 1.
