Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a process for producing a soap containing propolis, and more particularly to a process for producing a soap comprising a propolis extract and a propolis-containing soap which is excellent not only in cleaning power and antibacterial activity, And a manufacturing method thereof.
Soap is an alkaline salt of higher fatty acid. It has been used for a long time because of its abundant foam power and refreshing washing power. Soap is made by preserving various plants and animals or by adding sodium hydroxide to fatty acid, saponifying the soap, Is added to add fragrance and various softeners, moisturizers and various other additives are added to the skin to improve the moisturization and flexibility of the skin.
Conventional general soap has been used extensively due to its abundant bubbles and detergency. However, excessive use of cleansing in the skin causes excessive cleansing to remove amino acids and various lipid components, which are essential for maintaining moisture on the skin surface, Thereby reducing the moisture content of the skin.
As a conventional technique for solving the above problems, there has been disclosed in Korean Patent No. 0180994 a soap composition for oriental soap prepared by powdering herbal ingredients such as rhubarb, rhubarb, and gardenia and mixing them in a soap base, Since the herbal soap composition in powder form is a powder, when it is mixed with common soap, its effective amount is eluted in a short period of time upon cleansing and its effect is small. Also, since the powder is in powder form, There is a disadvantage in that the mesh is likely to be caught in the bar extrusion step.
An example of using a liquid herbal component instead of a powder is disclosed in Korean Patent No. 0313083, wherein a liquid component is used together with some of the powder. However, since the soap base used is a soap base which neutralizes common fatty acids, There was a limit to improving the effect.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a soap composition by mixing coconut palm fatty acid, palm fatty acid, propolis, And an object of the present invention is to provide a soap which enhances the skin pulling inhibiting effect.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a soap which can further improve skin and promote metabolism of skin by adding propolis which is a natural substance having sterilization and antibacterial activity.
As a means for achieving the object of the present invention described above, there is provided a method for producing a coconut palm oil composition comprising 15 to 25 wt% of coconut palm fatty acid, 20 to 26 wt% of palm fatty acid, 9 to 11 wt% of sucrose, 13 to 19 wt% of glyceryl stearate as an emulsifier, 7 wt.% Of sorbitol, 3 to 5 wt.% Of sorbitol, 3 to 5 wt.% Of sugar, 10 to 13 wt.% Of water, 0.1 to 1 wt.% Of sodium hyruronate, 2 wt.% Of artichoke, 2 wt.% Of propolis extract, 1 to 2 wt.% Of white rice flavor, and 4 to 6 wt.% Of caustic soda as a neutralizing agent.
Since the cosmetic composition according to the present invention uses a vegetable raw material as a main ingredient, there is no skin irritation, and an excellent moisturizing effect and skin pulling control effect are obtained.
In addition, by adding propolis, a natural substance with sterilization and antibacterial activity, it is possible to promote skin improvement and metabolism.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
In the present invention, a soap base prepared by mixing a vegetable oil with a moisturizing agent, an emulsifying agent and a neutralizing agent is used, and the soap base may be contained in an amount of 82 to 90% by weight based on the total weight of the soap composition.
When the content of the soap base is less than 82% by weight, the manufactured soap is difficult to be formed as a solid soap because it is produced as a liquid component rather than a solid phase. When the content exceeds 90% by weight, And mixing of other additives is difficult.
The soap base used in the present invention uses coconut palm fatty acid and palm fatty acid.
In a soap base component made of these materials, the coconut palm fatty acid is preferably 15 to 25% by weight. This is because, when it is used in an amount of less than 15% by weight, detergency is deteriorated. On the other hand, when it is used in an amount exceeding 25% by weight, sodium taurate contained in coconut fatty acid may stimulate the skin.
The use of caustic soda as a neutralizing agent is suitable, but not limited thereto.
The moisturizing agent used in the present invention contains 3 to 5% by weight of sorbitol, 9 to 11% by weight of sucrose, 5 to 7% by weight of glycerin, 3 to 5% by weight of sugar and 0.1 to 1% by weight of sodium hyaluronate do.
The emulsifier used in the present invention comprises 13 to 19% by weight of glyceryl stearate. This substance is a mixture of glycerin and stearic acid monoester or mono, di and triester, which is extracted from coconut oil and soybean oil. Therefore, it not only gives skin radiance and softens skin, And has a function of storing water and has an effect of keeping the skin moist.
The propolis used in accordance with the present invention is a dendritic material collected from a honeycomb, which is composed of 55-55% of resin, 25-30% of beeswax, 10% of essential oil, 5% of pollen, various organic substances, minerals, vitamins (Vitamin), Essential Amino Acids, Enzymes, etc. are composed of 5%. More than 30 kinds of compounds are separated from Essential Oils. Flavonoid is the main ingredient. The propolis thus formed has a unique aroma and tackiness, and its color varies from yellow-green to dark brown. It is a substance that sticks firmly at room temperature and has an excellent disinfection and sterilizing effect. As described above, the propolis added with 2 wt% by weight according to the present invention has a tackiness and a property of being firmly fixed at room temperature, so there is no problem in the hardness of the soap when it is added to a conventional soap composition, , The extrusion molding is easy because the amount of the whole soap is small.
The present invention relates to a method for producing a plant extract, which comprises the steps of: (a) extracting a plant from a plant body; (b) extracting the plant from a plant body; (d) Peppermint, Tomato, Cucumber, Grape, Cherry, Pumpkin, Plum, Apple, Pear, Tangerine, Yuzu, Aloe, Japanese cherry, Saururus chinensis, Kale, Beet, Root, Ginger, Horse, Burdock, Lotus root, Kelp , Water wakame, Kim, tortoise, green tea, gingko mushroom, and fenugreek mushroom at a predetermined ratio. Sanayas are native to Korea's climate and soil, and have been reported to have various active ingredients. Korean native wild grasses are attracting attention because they are not only suitable for Koreans but also have no side effects. Sanayas can supply various nutrients to the skin as well as various minerals, germanium, alkaloids, polysaccharides, saponins, essential amino acids, proteins, arginine, selenium and magnesium.
The green tea used according to the present invention not only has been consumed as a beverage since BC, but recently its value has been recognized and gaining in popularity as the pharmacological effect of various components contained in green tea is revealed. Green tea contains a large amount of active ingredients such as polyphenol catechin, dietary fiber, beta-carotene caffeine, amino acid, and vitamin C, and thus has antioxidant activity, anticancer effect, blood cholesterol lowering effect, heavy metal detoxifying action, Has been attracting attention as it has proven its effectiveness.
According to the present invention, the green tea extract is preferably 1% by weight based on the whole soap. Further, it is preferable to improve the refreshing feeling of soap by adding 1 to 2% by weight of white rice flavoring.
20% by weight of coconut fatty acid and 21% by weight of palm fatty acid were heated to 50 to 100 占 폚 and mixed with 24.5% by weight of moisturizer, 4.5% by weight of caustic soda as neutralizing agent, 13% by weight of glyceryl stearic acid as emulsifier, And 11% by weight of water are evenly mixed with stirring, and then 2% by weight of propolis extract, 2% by weight of a phenol extract, 1% by weight of a green tea extract and 1% by weight of a white rice flavor are added and mixed evenly.
The moisturizing agent used is composed of 10% by weight of sucrose, 6% by weight of glycerin, 4% by weight of sorbitol, 4% by weight of sugar, and 0.5% by weight of sodium hyaluronate.
The propolis extract, the Japanese basil extract, and the green tea extract are obtained by extracting water with an extraction solvent, and it is preferable to use water at a weight ratio of about 10 to 100 times for each material.
After the additive is mixed with the soap base, the propolis soap according to the present invention can be formed by drying for about one month.
