차량의 내부에 고정설치되거나 노트북, 태블릿 PC 또는 스마트폰에 설치된 어플이나 소프트웨어로 구현되어 사진, 이미지, 동영상 또는 애니메이션의 광고정보를 입력하는 광고정보입력부와;
차량의 휠에 결합되며 상기 광고정보를 표시하며 디지털 액정 또는 그래핀으로 구성된 디지털 광고표시부와;
상기 휠과 상기 광고표시부 사이에 구비되며, 상기 휠의 회전시에 상기 광고표시부는 고정된 상태를 유지하도록 상기 광고표시부를 지지하는 광고고정부와;
상기 휠과 상기 광고고정부를 결합하는 베어링부와;
상기 광고표시부로 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와;
상기 광고정보입력부에서 입력된 광고정보가 실시간으로 상기 광고표시부에 표시되도록 상기 광고표시부를 제어하는 제어부와;
상기 베어링부와 상기 광고고정부를 연결하는 휠지지부;를 포함하고,
상기 광고고정부는,
내부에 하중용 액체가 수용되며 상기 휠지지부에 결합되는 액체수용함과;
