Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
It is essential to increase the pressure ratio or increase the turbine inlet temperature to increase the efficiency of the gas turbine. In particular, the turbine inlet temperature is very limited due to the limitation of the material of the turbine blade. In order to improve this, studies are currently underway to re-evaluate thermal performance using surface treatments and the like. However, since the protection of the blades using these methods is also limited, a method of protecting the blades using various cooling methods has been applied.
In order to protect the turbine blades, various cooling methods such as film cooling, impinging jet cooling, and forced convection cooling are used. Among them, the forced convection cooling is a method of cooling the blade surface through the flow path inside the blade without any additional processing on the surface of the blade, as compared with other cooling methods. Thus, there is no loss caused by the cooling fluid, to be.
An example of such a turbine blade is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2008-0067980 (published on July 22, 2008, hereinafter referred to as "
However, according to the conventional turbine blades, since only one cooling method such as convection cooling or film cooling is applied, the cooling effect may be limited.
And the turbulence generation unit is provided in the inside of the hoist unit so that the flow of the cooling fluid discharged through the front-back discharge connection channel and the hoistway channel becomes a turbulent flow.
The turbulent flow generating unit may include a rib formed to protrude from the mutually spaced inner surfaces of the hoist portion and a pin having a diameter larger than the width of the rib connecting the mutually opposing ribs.
