Abstract
Description
도 2는 감마선 조사에 의해 탄소 섬유복합재료 접합 후 접합강도를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 전자선 조사에 의해 탄소 섬유복합재료 접합 후 접합강도를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
50 및 100 kGy: 에폭시 아크릴레이트 수지 사용
150 및 300 kGy: 트리아릴설포니움 헥사-플루오로 안티모네이트/ 비스페놀-A형 에폭시 수지 사용
Claims (13)
2) 상기 단계 1)에서 수지가 도포된 접합 부위에 총조사량 50 내지 100 kGy의 감마선 또는 전자선을 조사하여 접합시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 복합재료는 탄소섬유강화복합재료, 유리섬유강화복합재료, 아라미드섬유강화복합재료, 및 탄소섬유와 유리섬유의 복합형태의 복합재료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것이며,
상기 수지는 에폭시 아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스터 아크릴레이트 및 폴리글리시딜 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 방사선을 이용한 복합재료의 접합 방법.
2) 상기 단계 1)에서 수지가 도포된 접합 부위에 총조사량 100 내지 300 kGy의 감마선 또는 전자선을 조사하여 접합시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 복합재료는 탄소섬유강화복합재료, 유리섬유강화복합재료, 아라미드섬유강화복합재료, 및 탄소섬유와 유리섬유의 복합형태의 복합재료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것이며,
상기 수지는 에폭시 아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스터 아크릴레이트 및 폴리글리시딜 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 방사선을 이용한 복합재료의 접합 방법.
