Claims (7)
- 특정 혈관이 있는 피부에 광을 조사하는 광 조사부와;상기 특정 혈관이 있는 피부를 가압하여 특정 혈관을 폐색시키는 가압부와;상기 특정 혈관이 있는 피부가 가압된 상태 및 가압되지 않은 상태에서 산란된 광을 검출하고 신호를 출력하는 광 검출부와;상기 광 검출부에서 출력된 신호로 상기 특정 혈관이 있는 피부가 가압된 상태 및 가압되지 않은 상태에서 검출된 산란광의 세기를 추출하고, 상기 가압되지 않은 상태의 산란광 세기에서 상기 가압된 상태의 산란광 세기를 차감한 산란광 세기로 혈당값을 추출하는 혈당값 추출부로 구성되고,상기 가압부는,손가락, 손목 또는 팔뚝을 환형으로 둘러싸는 링(ring) 형태인 비침습 혈당 측정 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 혈당값 추출부는,광 검출부에서 출력된 신호를 입력받아, 상기 특정 혈관이 있는 피부가 가압되지 않은 상태에서 검출된 제 1 산란광의 세기를 추출하는 제 1 산란광 세기 추출부와;상기 광 검출부에서 출력된 신호를 입력받아, 상기 특정 혈관이 있는 피부가 가압된 상태에서 검출된 제 2 산란광의 세기를 추출하는 제 2 산란광 세기 추출부와;상기 제 1 산란광 세기 추출부의 제 1 산란광의 세기에서 상기 제 2 산란광 세기 추출부의 제 2 산란광의 세기를 차감하는 산란광 세기 차감부와;상기 산란광 세기 차감부에서 차감된 산란광 세기로 혈당값을 계산하여 출력하는 혈당값 계산부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습 혈당 측정 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가압부에는,상기 가압된 피부 영역으로 조사된 광 또는 산란된 광이 통과될 수 있는 관통홀이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습 혈당 측정 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가압부는,상기 가압된 피부 영역으로 조사된 광 또는 산란된 광이 투과될 수 있는 투 명한 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습 혈당 측정 장치.
- 광 조사부에서 특정 혈관이 있는 피부 영역으로 광을 조사하고, 광 검출부에서 산란된 제 1 광을 검출하는 단계와;손가락, 손목 또는 팔뚝을 환형으로 둘러싸는 링(ring) 형태인 가압부를 통하여, 상기 특정 혈관이 있는 피부 영역을 가압하여 상기 특정 혈관을 폐색시킨 다음, 상기 광 조사부에서 상기 가압된 피부 영역으로 광을 조사하고, 광 검출부에서 산란된 제 2 광을 검출하는 단계와;상기 제 1 광 및 제 2 광에 대한 광 세기를 추출하는 단계와;상기 제 1 광의 세기에서 제 2 광의 세기를 차감하여 계산된 광 세기로 혈당값을 추출하는 단계로 구성된 비침습 혈당 측정 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 제 1 광 및 제 2 광에 대한 광 세기는,라만 스캐터링(Raman Scattering) 스펙트럼 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습 혈당 측정 방법.
