상기 제1단계에서 수득된 용해된 포화지방산에 포화지방산 100중량부 대비 5~50 중량부의 물에 포화지방산 100중량부 대비 2~15 중량부의 가성소다를 혼합하여 제조된 가성소다수를 혼합시켜 비누원액을 만드는 제2단계;
상기 2단계에서 수득된 비누원액에 프로필렌글리콜, 트리에탄올아민, 솔비톨로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 일 이상의 용제를 첨가하여 용해시키는 제3단계;
상기 제3단계에서 수득된 비누원액을 용기에 담아 경화시키는 제4단계;를 포함하는 것이며,
상기 제3단계는,
상기 비누원액 100중량부 대비 1~20중량부의 구연산을 첨가하는 단계와,
상기 비누원액에 네틀추출액과 네틀분말 가운데 일 이상을 선택하여 첨가하는 단계가 포함되며,
상기 비누원액 100중량부 대비 네틀 추출액은 0.5~50중량부, 네틀 분말은 0.5~30중량부로 첨가하고,
