도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 절단토치의 코너 루프 절단 동작을 보여주는 개략도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 곡판 자동절단시스템의 작동 흐름도이다.

Claims (8)
- 설계 데이터 및 각종 제어 명령을 입력 받는 사용자 인터페이스를 구비하고, 작업 과정 및 상황을 모니터링하는 모니터링부;
곡판의 3차원 곡면 형상을 계측하여 계측 데이터를 제공하는 계측부;
상기 모니터링부를 통해 입력 받은 설계 데이터와 상기 계측부가 제공하는 계측 데이터를 비교하여 곡판의 완성도를 평가하고, 평가된 상기 곡판의 완성도가 기 설정된 기준치 이상인 경우에만 상기 설계 데이터 및 상기 계측 데이터를 통해 상기 곡판의 절단을 위한 마킹선을 산출하는 CAD/CAM부;
상기 CAD/CAM부에 의해 산출된 마킹선을 곡판에 표시하는 마킹부; 및
상기 곡판에 표시된 마킹선을 따라 상기 곡판을 절단하는 절단토치를 포함하는 절단부;를 포함하는 곡판 자동절단시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 절단토치는, 상기 곡판의 모서리 부위 또는 상기 마킹선의 코너 부위에서 코너 루프를 형성하며 이동 및 절단 작업하는 곡판 자동절단시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 절단토치는, 상기 곡판과 이루는 절단각이 기 설정된 범위 이내가 되도록, 상기 곡판을 따라 이동되며 연속적으로 자세가 변화되는 곡판 자동절단시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 절단부는 이동 가능한 갠트리, 상기 갠트리에 장착되는 다관절로봇을 더 포함하되,
상기 절단토치는 상기 다관절로봇에 장착되는 곡판 자동절단시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 갠트리는 적어도 3축 이상으로 이동 가능하게 형성되며,
상기 다관절로봇은 적어도 3축 이상으로 회전 구동 가능하게 형성되는, 곡판 자동절단시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 계측부는, 상기 곡판의 계측을 복수회 반복 수행하는 곡판 자동절단시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 곡판의 절단시 발생되는 유해가스 및 분진을 제거하는 집진부;를 더 포함하는 곡판 자동절단시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모니터링부로부터 입력받은 제어 명령에 따라 상기 절단부, 상기 계측부 및 상기 마킹부를 구동 제어하는 제어부;를 더 포함하는 곡판 자동절단시스템.
