도 5는 동아시아인을 대상으로 공복 혈장 혈당(fasting plasma glucose, FPG)의 GWAS 메타분석 결과에 대한 전장유전체 맨하튼 플롯을 나타낸 도이다:
전체 상염색체 유전자에 분포된 SNP에 대한 실험을 이용한 log10 P 을 나타내었다(NCBI build 37). 각 유전자좌의 붉은 점은 전장유전체 메타분석에서 검증된 P < 10-6을 가지는 신호를 가리킨다. 대략적으로 적어도 13개의 1 단계 연구에서 나타난 2.4 M SNP를 플롯을 만들기 위해 사용하였다.

- 단일염기다형성(single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP) rs733331, rs10815355 및 rs2018860으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 단일염기다형성에 대하여 상보적인 프라이머 세트를 포함하는, 동아시아인을 대상으로 하는 당뇨 또는 인슐린 저항성의 진단 또는 예측용 키트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 SNP는 공복 혈장 혈당(fasting plasma glucose)과 연관된 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 또는 예측용 키트.
