상기 티브이 수신장치는 외부로부터 방송신호를 전송받는 신호수신부;
상기 신호수신부로부터 전송받은 방송신호로부터 특정 채널을 선택하는 튜너;
상기 튜너에서 선택된 채널을 복원하는 채널디코딩부;
상기 채널디코딩부에 의하여 복원된 데이터를 오디오 데이터, 비디오 데이터로 분리시키는 디멀티플렉서;
상기 오디오 데이터를 출력하는 스피커;
상기 비디오 데이터를 출력하는 디스플레이부;
상기 채널에 관한 데이터가 저장되는 저장부;
사용자에 의한 입력에 의하여 채널을 변경하는 제어부를 포함하며,
상기 방송신호는 채널주파수정보목록을 포함하고 상기 제어부는 상기 채널 주파수 정보목록에 기초하여 채널을 변경시키며,
