Description
The present invention relates to a cooking vessel, and more particularly, to a cooking vessel having an engraved portion formed on the inner surface of the cooking vessel, and a dot protruding from the center of the engraved portion to form a coating layer coated on the engraved portion, So that the cooking cavity can be minimized.
Generally, various cooking vessels are used in each home for the purpose of cooking food. Such pots, frying pans, and the like corresponding to such cooking vessels may not be able to obtain a clean cooking state due to food sticking to the surface during cooking, or may cause chemical reactions to occur due to the chemical characteristics of various condiments added during cooking, In order to prevent such a situation, a product in which a film is laminated on the inner surface of the cooking utensil so as to realize a non-stick function (that is, to prevent the food from being pressed on the surface of the container) Are widely used.
Representative Korean Utility Model No. 1937 (Application No. 91-16005) describes the contents of the surface coating treatment technique of the cooking vessel. According to the technology disclosed in the above publication, a pot, a pan, a frying pan, or the like corresponding to a cooking utensil is made of an aluminum material or an aluminum alloy material, and a ceramic layer and a Teflon layer are sequentially formed on the inner surface portion corresponding to the cooking surface To improve separation and corrosion resistance to food and to maintain a good bonding state of the Teflon layer.
The above-described conventional cooking container is produced by simply laminating a ceramic layer or a Teflon layer on the inner surface of a base material, so that when the ceramic layer or the Teflon layer reaches a temperature at which the ceramic layer or Teflon layer can not withstand an external shock or cooking, A phenomenon of being damaged is caused.
That is, a portion of the ceramic layer or the Teflon layer, which is damaged, may lose the non-stick effect, and the damaged layer may be harmful to the human body by mixing with the food.
Meanwhile, as mentioned above, the conventional cooking vessel uses an aluminum material in consideration of a rapid thermal conduction. However, the aluminum material has a poor durability, which causes a problem that the cooking vessel is easily deformed or broken due to an external impact.

As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the cooking container includes a
The
The
The embossed
The engraved
On the other hand,

FIG. 4 is a view sequentially showing a manufacturing method of a cooking container having the above-described configuration. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the method for manufacturing a cooking vessel of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(S1)][First step (S1)]
The
The thickness of the
The protrusion height H2 of the
(S2)] [Second Step (S2)]
Next, ink is applied to the
(S3)][Third Step (S3)]
The
(S4)][Fourth Step S4]
When the

Thereafter, when the

Next, a coating liquid is applied to the
(S7)][Step 7 (S7)]
