Abstract
따라서, 천연재료로 이루어진 멀칭재의 생분해를 통한 잔여물질의 잔존을 없애 인력절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 각종 미생물과 바이오세라믹을 방출하여 환경 오염을 방지하게 되며, 토양미생물에 의하여 자연분해됨으로써 별도의 제거조치가 필요하지 않아 작물수확 후 그대로 로터리 작업을 하고 다음 작물을 재배할 수 있으며, 태양광의 투과를 막아 잡초의 발아 및 생장을 억제하고, 순수천연 원료를 사용하였기 때문에 내성을 발생시키지 아니하고, 자연생태계 질서회복과 유용미생물의 생장으로 인한 좋은 발효퇴비 원료가 되며, 이로 인해 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키는 천연 멀칭재를 제공한다.

Claims (6)
- 섬유원료인 천연레이온과 천연솜 중 적어도 하나 이상으로 형성된 부직포와;
상기 부직포에 함침되며, 물 45 중량% ∼ 55 중량%, 식물성아교 3.5 중량% ∼ 6.5 중량%, 동물성아교 2 중량% ∼ 5 중량%, 친환경 카본 6 중량% ∼ 10 중량%, 에틸렌초산비닐 에멀젼(ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion) 혼합물 3.5 중량% ∼ 6.5 중량%, 당밀 6 중량% ∼ 10 중량%, 수용성 규산염 1 중량% ∼ 3 중량%, 황토파우더 또는 제노라이트 13 중량% ∼ 18 중량%로 이루어진 함침재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 멀칭재. - 섬유원료인 천연레이온 또는 천연솜으로 형성된 부직포와;
물 45 중량% ∼ 55 중량%, 전분 3.5 중량% ∼ 6.5 중량%, 동식물 젤라틴 2 중량% ∼ 5 중량%, 친환경 카본 6 중량% ∼ 10 중량%, 폴리비닐 알코올 에멀젼(polyvinyl alcohol emulsion) 혼합물 3.5 중량% ∼ 6.5 중량%, 당밀 6 중량% ∼ 10 중량%, 수용성 규산염 1 중량% ∼ 3 중량%, 황토파우더 또는 제노라이트 13 중량% ∼ 18 중량%로 이루어진 함침재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 멀칭재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌초산비닐 에멀젼(ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion) 혼합물은,
상기 에틸렌초산비닐 에멀젼(ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion)을 단독으로 사용하거나 에틸렌초산비닐 에멀젼(ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion)과 폴리비닐 알코올 에멀젼(polyvinyl alcohol emulsion)이 1 : 2의 중량 비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 멀칭재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐 알코올 에멀젼(polyvinyl alcohol emulsion) 혼합물은,
상기 폴리비닐 알코올 에멀젼(polyvinyl alcohol emulsion)을 단독으로 사용하거나 폴리비닐 알코올 에멀젼(polyvinyl alcohol emulsion)과 아라비아 검(arabia-gum)이 2 : 1의 중량 비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 멀칭재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 식물성아교는,
미역, 다시마, 해초, 우무가사리, 옥수수전분, 녹말전분, 왕겨분, 다시마, 한천, 활엽수 및 칩엽수 분말 중에서 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되어 혼합된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 멀칭재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 동물성아교는,
젤라틴, 카세인, 포유동물의 뼈와 가죽의 주요 단백질 성분인 콜라켄, 운모분, 장석분, 금강석분, 펄프분말 및 광산분말 중에서 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되어 혼합된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 멀칭재.
