Claims (5)
- 서로 이격되도록 형성된 단면이 "L"자 형상을 갖는 교량 콘크리트;
상기 이격된 교량 콘크리트의 내면에 각각 이격되도록 연결설치된 폴리올 30 내지 40중량%, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 10 내지 30중량%, 충진제 25 내지 35중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 15중량%, 안료 2 내지 6중량%, 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량% 및 가소제 5 내지 15중량%로 이루어진 탄성혼합물 5 내지 20중량%; 경화혼합물 10 내지 30중량% 및 보강혼합물 50 내지 80중량%를 포함하는 적어도 두 개 이상의 탄성몰탈; 및
상기 이격된 탄성몰탈 사이에 삽입되도록 연결설치된 폴리에틸렌 폼으로 이루어진 신축이음재를 포함하는 교량 조인트 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 신축이음재와 탄성몰탈은 접착제로 접착되는 것을 포함하는 교량 조인트 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 신축이음재 너비는 두 개의 탄성몰탈 사이의 이격거리 보다 20 내지 30% 더 큰 것을 포함하는 교량 조인트 구조.
- 시공하고자 하는 교량 콘크리트 시공면의 이물질을 제거하는 이물질 제거단계;
상기 이물질 제거단계가 종료된 후 이물질 제거 부위의 함수율을 조절하여 습윤상태를 유지하는 습윤유지 단계;
상기 습윤유지 단계가 종료된 후 폴리올 30 내지 40중량%, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 10 내지 30중량%, 충진제 25 내지 35중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 15중량%, 안료 2 내지 6중량%, 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량% 및 가소제 5 내지 15중량%로 이루어진 탄성혼합물 5 내지 20중량%; 경화혼합물 10 내지 30중량% 및 보강혼합물 50 내지 80중량%를 포함하는 탄성몰탈을 교량 콘크리트 시공면을 따라 이격되도록 적어도 두 개 이상 시공하는 탄성몰탈 시공단계;
상기 탄성몰탈 시공단계에 따라 이격되도록 시공된 적어도 두 개의 탄성몰탈 표면에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제 도포단계; 및
상기 접착제 도포단계가 종료된 두 개의 탄성몰탈 접착면에 폴리에틸렌 폼으로 이루어진 신축이음재를 연결설치하는 신축이음재 시공단계를 포함하는 교량 조인트 구조의 시공방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 습윤유지단계의 후단계로 습윤상태의 취약 부분에 프라이머를 균일하게 도포하는 프라이머 도포단계를 더 포함하는 교량 조인트 구조의 시공방법.
