산과 골이 독립된 환상형의 주름을 갖는 굴곡을 외주연에 연속적으로 형성한 주름관과,
상기 주름관 일단 외주연에 결합되도록 반 호 형상을 갖는 한 쌍의 조합편이 마련되고, 상기 조합편 내주연 일단에는 걸림부가 돌출되게 형성되어 주름관 외주연에 형성된 굴곡에 걸림부가 결합될 수 있도록 하는 밀착구와,
너트 방식으로 이루어져 내주연에 암나사공을 갖도록 하여 주름관이 관통되면서 상기 암나사공에 밀착구가 결합되도록 하되, 상기 암나사공과 연통되고 지름이 작은 구멍과의 단차에 의해 밀착구가 암나사공 내부에 걸림 상태를 유지하도록 하는 압박구와,
일측에 마련된 제1결합부의 외주연에 숫나사를 형성하고 상기 제1결합부 내주연에 결합공을 형성하여 상기 압박구의 암나사공과 체결에 의해 밀착구가 결합공 내주연에서 리드 이동하면 상기 주름관의 일단이 결합공 내주연 단부에 형성된 유입홈으로 진입하여 접철되면서 결합되도록 하는 연결구로 이루어진 가스 주름관 연결장치에 있어서,
상기 연결구는 외주연이 다각형으로 형성된 본체의 일측과 타측에 각각 돌출되게 형성시킨 제1결합부와 제2결합부로 이루어지고 상기 제1결합부와 제2결합부의 외주연에는 숫나사를 형성하며 상기 제1결합부와 제2결합부의 내부에는 결합공을 형성하되, 상기 제1결합부의 결합공 내주연 단부에는 경사진 유입홈을 형성하여 상기 압박구의 암나사공에 제1결합부의 숫나사가 체결되면서 밀착구가 제1결합부 결합공 내주연에서 이동하면서 상기 주름관의 굴곡과 결합된 걸림부에 의해 주름관을 연동시켜 밀착구의 받침턱에 의해 주름관의 일단을 유입홈으로 진입시키면서 가압하여 상기 주름관의 일단이 소성변형되면서 경사진 유입홈에서 접철되면서 압착되도록 하는 연결구로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 주름관 연결장치.
