점토 80~90중량%와 톱밥 3~15중량% 및 황토 5~15중량%를 서로 혼합하여 천연흙을 반죽하는 공정;
상기 혼합된 천연흙을 압출기를 이용하여 천연흙보드판을 성형하는 공정;
상기 성형된 천연흙보드판의 표면에 셀락(Shellac)을 1차 도포하는 공정;
상기 셀락(Shellac)이 도포된 천연흙보드판을 상온에서 45일간 자연건조 하는 공정;
상기 자연건조된 천연흙보드판을 300℃~500℃의 건조로에서 2~3시간 건조하는 공정;
상기 천연흙보드판의 표면을 천연색소로 천연 염색하는 공정;
상기 천연 염색 된 천연흙보드판에 셀락(Shellac)을 2차 도포하는 공정;
상기 천연흙보드판의 하부에 마대를 부착하여 천연흙판을 제조하는 공정;을 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 천연흙을 반죽하는 공정에서 반죽된 천연흙을 공기흡착기에 통과시켜 공기를 빼내고,
상기 천연 염색 하는 공정은 치자나무(Gardenia fruit) 70~90중량%와 천연색소 10~30중량%를 혼합하여 끓여서 붉은색과 노란색이 나타내도록 하고,
상기 천연흙보드판의 두께는 13~25mm 이고, 마대의 두께는 0.2~1.5mm이고,
상기 천연흙판의 테두리부재는 나무보드를 부착한 특징을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연흙판의 제조방법.
