Claims (11)
2) 단계 1에서 얻어진 고형분에 물을 가하고 170 내지 210℃에서 1분 내지 30분간 열수전처리하는 단계;
3) 단계 2에서 얻어진 열수전처리물로부터 고액분리에 의해 전처리 결과 생성된 총 액상물 중 5 내지 30 중량%의 액상물을 포함하는 고형분을 얻는 단계;
4) 단계 3에서 얻어진 고형분을 셀룰라아제 복합 효소에 의해 45 내지 55℃의 고온에서 효소당화하는 단계;
5) 단계 4에서 얻어진 당화물로부터 고액분리와 추출의 반복 과정을 통해 당 용액을 회수하는 단계; 및
6) 단계 5에서 얻어진 당 용액을 여과, 농축, 및 불순물을 제거하는 단계
를 포함하는, 목질계 바이오매스로부터 산업용 미생물의 발효에 유용한 당을 제조하는 방법.
