Description
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a compound of the formula (I), which is characterized by the SPME method, as a fragrance (decanal), nonanal, 2-methylpyrrole, benzaldehyde and acetophenone (Hedione), an artificial synthetic material with floral fragrance, and Methylionone, an artificial synthetic material with a soft and smooth floral feel, to reproduce the intrinsic fragrance of ginseng flower, ≪ / RTI >
Ginseng is an Araliaceae and a dicotyledonous plant and is classified as a perennial plant. It grows in the mountains of deep mountains and grows as a medicinal plant. The height is 60cm, and the stem grows straight one year, and three or four leaves turn at its end. In summer, there is one peduncle with 4 ~ 40 pale yellow flowers, 5 petals and stamens, and 1 pistil. The fruit is necrosis type and has a diameter of 5 ~ 9mm. When it matures, it becomes reddish and there are two semicircular nuclei in the middle. Root is medicinal, and its form is human, so it is called ginseng. Ginseng has long been referred to as a non-living testament. The roots of ginseng cultivated in Korea are hypertrophic roots and have two roots and five root roots and are yellowish white. The number of rootstock varies depending on soil, transplanting method, fertilizer, moisture, etc., but it is a plant with strong branching ability. Its root shape varies with age and harvesting time is 4 ~ 6 years. Thus, the ginseng flower is similar to the roots of roots and radiates a luxurious feeling. Therefore, the fragrance of the ginseng flower was sampled and analyzed in the ginseng field of Namdaemyeon in Geumsan County, Chungbuk Province.
There are many ways to reproduce the fragrance of ginseng flower. For example, there are solvent extraction methods in which the fragrance components of flowers are made into an absolute form using a solvent, and steam distillation methods in which fragrance components are made into essential oils in a conventional manner. However, since the above methods require high heat during the extraction process, and the processing is complicated and takes a long time, there may be many differences from the original fragrance of flowers.
In order to overcome these shortcomings, SPME (Solid Phase Micro Extraction; SUPELCO international, Vol.13, No.4, p.9-10) has been developed. Unlike conventional extraction methods, No pretreatment is required, and the fragrance ingredient can be analyzed quickly and easily.
Therefore, the present inventors tried to reproduce the fragrance of ginseng flower using the SPME method, which is effective in analyzing the fragrance of living natural products. As a result, it was found out that Decanal, Nonanal, 2-Methylpyrrole, Benzaldehyde, Acetophenone and the like are main components of the ginseng flower fragrance, The perfume was prepared to reproduce the fragrance of ginseng flower. However, as a result of performing the sensory test on the combined fragrance, it was found that the fragrance of the ginseng flower alone can not be reproduced by these components alone.
As a result of continuing research to reproduce the fragrance of the ginseng flower, the present inventors have found that decanal, nonanal, 2-methylpyrrole, benzaldehyde, acetophenone, (Hedione), which is an artificial synthetic material, and methylionone, an artificial synthetic substance having a soft and smooth floral feel, as an essential ingredient, are added to the ginseng flower The present invention has been accomplished on the basis of this finding.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a perfume composition which can reproduce the intrinsic fragrance of ginseng flower and has excellent palatability.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a composition for external application for skin comprising the above-mentioned perfume composition as a constituent component.
In order to achieve the above object, the perfume composition recreating the fragrance of the ginseng flower according to the present invention contains the fragrance ingredient of ginseng flower, Hedione and methylionone as active ingredients.
The fragrance component of the ginseng flower comprises decanal, nonanal, 2-methylpyrrole, benzaldehyde and acetophenone as main components and methyl (meth) acrylate as a secondary component. It further contains methyl vinyl ketone, hexanal, methyl heptenone, cis- 3-hexenol and methyl salicylate.
The perfume composition according to the present invention can be applied to artificial synthetic products such as decanal, nonanal, 2-methylpyrrole, benzaldehyde, and acetophenone, It is possible to reproduce the fragrance of ginseng flower and improve the palatability of the fragrance by containing Hedione which is a substance and Methylionone which is an artificial synthetic material having a soft and smooth flower feeling. .
The perfume composition of the present invention contains decanal, nonanal, 2-methylpyrrole, benzaldehyde and acetophenone as main components and methyl vinyl ketone The fragrance component of ginseng flower composed of methyl vinyl ketone, hexaneal, methyl heptenone, cis- 3-hexenol and methyl salicylate. (Hedione) and methylionone (Methylionone) as an essential synthetic component.
The perfume composition of the present invention comprises 18 to 25% by weight of decanal, 13 to 18% by weight of nonanal, 2 to 20% by weight of 2-methylpyrrole (hereinafter, referred to as " 10 to 14% by weight of 2-methylpyrrole, 10 to 14% by weight of benzaldehyde and 2.7 to 3.7% by weight of acetophenone, and methyl vinyl ketone as a secondary component in an amount of 5.8 To about 10.5 wt% of hexane, about 3.6 to about 6.5 wt% of hexane, about 2.8 to about 5.2 wt% of methyl heptenone, about 2.5 to about 3.6 wt% of cis- 3-hexenol, , 2.8-5.0% by weight of methyl salicylate, 3-5% by weight of Hedione and 5-10% by weight of methyl ionone as an artificial synthetic material . The main components for reproducing the ginseng flower fragrance are Decanal, Nonanal, 2-Methylpyrrole, Benzaldehyde, Acetophenone, Hedione and Methylionone in the range out of the above range are not preferable because the similarity of the fragrance of the phosphoric acid flower is lowered and the palatability of the fragrance is also lowered. However, other components are preferably used within the above-mentioned range, but they do not greatly affect the fragrance of the ginseng flower, so they may be contained in an amount exceeding the above range as long as they do not affect the reproduction of the fragrance of the ginseng flower. .
The composition according to the present invention, which is mixed in the above range, may be formulated into a skin external-use agent such as perfume, cosmetics, etc., and the amount thereof may be appropriately selected and blended in order to achieve the desired effect according to the conventional art .
Such external application substrates include, but are not limited to, ointments, lotions, soluble images, suspensions, emulsions, creams, gels, sprays, papings, Can be incorporated into any given base.
In the present invention, the SPME method was used to analyze the fragrance component of the ginseng flower. The SPME method is useful for analyzing the fragrance components of ginseng flowers which are highly volatile because the fractions adsorbed on the fiber can be rapidly desorbed and injected into the GS-MS column without any special pretreatment, which can greatly shorten the analysis time. In the present invention, a combination fragrance was prepared based on the flavor components of ginseng flower analyzed by the SPME method, and the similarity with the ginseng flower fragrance and the palatability of the fragrance in the ginseng flower field of Namdaemyeon, Geumsan-gun, Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongbuk- The sensory evaluation was carried out by a professional irrigation and general public. The similarity with the ginseng flower flavor and the preference of the flavor were evaluated through questionnaires.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other applications, modifications and the like of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
