Claims (3)
- 점성을 갖는 액상의 수지원료를 일정한 형상으로 성형시키는 생산장치로서, 상기 수지원료가 주입되도록 원료주입구를 갖는 성형관과, 상기 성형관에 내입되어 투입되는 수지원료를 이송시킴과 아울러 성형시키는 이송축과, 상기 성형관의 외면에 설치되어 이송축에 의해 성형되어 이송되는 수지원료를 냉각시키는 냉각부와, 상기 성형관에 설치되어 상기 원료주입구를 통해 투입되는 수지원료를 소정온도로 유지시키는 히팅장치와, 상기 성형관의 단부에 연결설치되어 상기 이송축을 회전시키는 회전장치로 이루어진 엔지니어링 플라스틱용 연속생산장치에 있어서,
상기 이송축은 상기 원료주입구를 통해 투입된 수지원료를 이동시키도록 외면에 형성되는 이송스크류와,
상기 이송축의 단부에 형성되는 원뿔부와,
상기 이송스크류와 상기 원뿔부 사이에 마련되는 성형부와,
상기 원뿔부와 대응되게 상기 이송축의 끝단부에 마련되어 수지원료가 역류하는 것을 방지하는 차단패널로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱용 연속생산장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회전장치는 상기 성형관에 마련되는 플랜지부에 체결되고 한쌍의 연결베어링이 마련된 연결부와,
상기 연결부의 돌출부가 일단에 끼워짐과 아울러 상기 플랜지부에 체결되는 연결관과,
상기 연결관의 타단에 설치되고 고정베어링이 구비된 마감부와,
상기 연결베어링과 상기 고정베어링에 회전가능하게 체결됨과 아울러 선단이 상기 이송축과 연결되는 연결축과,
상기 연결축을 회전시키는 구동모터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱용 연속생산장치.
