도 2는 본 발명에 따른 변위센서의 시험방법을 나타내는 것으로 자동선택스위치를 선택했을 경우의 흐름도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 변위센서의 시험방법을 나타내는 것으로 수동선택스위치를 선택했을 경우의 흐름도이다.
Claims (6)
- 베이스에 설치된 기준측정판과 마주보고 설치되어 그 사이 거리를 측정할 수 있는 하나 이상의 변위센서가 구비된 측정부;
기준측정판을 전진시킬 수 있는 구동부;
중력에 의해서 후진되는 기준측정판을 포함한 구동부;
변위센서로부터의 신호를 분석하는 분석부;
구동부에 제어신호를 인가하여 동작시키는 제어부를 포함하는 변위센서 시험장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 구동부에는 지지프레임을 통해서 마이크로게이지와 기준측정판이 설치되고, 구동부는 이들을 동시에 전진시키며, 또한 기준측정판은 중력에 의해서 후진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위센서 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측정부에는 거리를 측정할 수 있는 하나 이상의 변위센서가 구비되고, 변위센서는 마주보고 설치된 기준측정판과의 거리를 측정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 변위센서 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석부는 변위센서로부터 검출된 신호를 처리하도록 된 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위센서 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어부는 자동 또는 수동측정방법을 선택할 수 있고, 제어신호를 통해서 구동부를 조작할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위센서 시험장치.
- 자동 또는 수동선택스위치를 선택하는 단계와;
영점조정스위치를 선택하고 지지프레임을 통해서 기준측정판을 이동시켜 변위센서의 영점을 조정하는 단계;
변위센서와 기준측정판 사이의 거리를 측정하는 단계;
측정거리에서 변위센서의 직류전압을 측정하는 단계;
중력에 의해서 변화된 거리를 측정하는 단계를 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 변위센서 시험방법.
