Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a paper making method and a paper making method using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a paper making method which is capable of manufacturing a paper making process.
Hanji is a nature-friendly material that has excellent antibacterial properties and air permeability, and is used in various fields due to its unique antique texture. For example, Hanji is not only used as a craft material, but also used as a cover or inlay of an album or a guest book, and is also used as a material for clothes.
Especially, it is possible to make vetch using Korean paper. If Korean paper vetch is used, antibacterial and insecticidal properties of Korean paper can prevent the insect from approaching the body. In addition, the merit of Korean paper is advantageous in that it is less expensive than that of hemp pulp, is completely burned at the time of make-up, and is free from the problem of being completely rotten and clinging to the bone at the time of burial.
On the other hand, the strength of the hailgrains is so low that it tears easily, especially when water is added. In order to compensate for the disadvantages of Korean paper, Korean paper is coated with synthetic resin or laminated with synthetic resin film.
However, when the synthetic resin film is coated on the paper or the synthetic resin film is laminated, the strength of the paper is improved, but the permeability and the durability of the paper are lowered and the inherent characteristic of the paper is also lost.
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been made to solve the above problems and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of producing Korean paper which is not only tough but also has a unique appearance, And to provide a paper made by the method.

According to still another aspect of the present invention, the
By using the present invention having the above-described constitution, the strength of Korean paper can be increased while maintaining the inherent characteristics of Korean paper.
Therefore, the use of the paper made by the present invention not only makes it easy to produce various products, but also improves the strength of the produced product. Particularly, it is possible to manufacture an album and a guestbook which are not damaged well by making a cover sheet and an inlay of a Korean paper album or a guestbook according to the present invention, and a high quality veterinarian can be made by making a Korean paper card according to the present invention.
In particular, since the
In addition, if the
Therefore, compared with the case where the pattern is directly formed on the paper, the

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a manufacturing process diagram of the present invention. The manufacturing process of the present invention will be described in detail as follows. Prior to the production of the present invention, a process for preparing raw materials by dissolving dodecahedra and daphnia in water should be preceded. Mackerel fiber is manufactured using conventional methods.
1) The first grass (10) is floated by putting the ball into the bag filled with the above-mentioned raw materials. For example, in the case where the paper is made to have a weight of about 80 g per paper when the paper is lifted, in this process, the
2) The
3) Submerging the
Since the
4) Peel the lumber from the battle and dry it.
The method of drying the lumber is carried out in the same manner as the conventional method of drying the paper.
FIG. 2 is a view showing the paper according to the first embodiment of the present invention manufactured by this method. As shown in FIG. 2, the fabric made by the present invention is a fabric obtained by laminating the
In particular, since both surfaces of the present invention are made of Korean paper, the texture of Korean paper is maintained, and antibacterial and antimicrobial properties of Korean paper are maintained. Also, since the
In addition, since the
Hereinafter, other embodiments of the present invention will be described, and the same structures and effects as those of the above-described embodiments will not be described.
According to a second embodiment of the present invention, the
Figure 3 shows a fabric used in a third embodiment of the present invention, wherein some of the warp and weft of the fabric was used as
For example, when the other warp yarns and the weft yarns are made of white fibers and the
When a cover or inlay of a Hanjiro album or a guest book manufactured according to the present embodiment is made or a lamp for an illumination lamp is made, a product having a more beautiful appearance can be manufactured by the
Of course, it is possible to form the pattern by drawing lines on the paper. However, if the
5 shows a
As shown in FIG. 5, if some of the warp and weft of the
Since the embossed
