Description
The present invention relates to a scalable scaffold system used for securing a work space in a cargo hold of a liquefied natural gas carrier, in particular, it is possible to operate the scaffold in a suitable form according to the work process by dividing the operation unit of the scaffold, The present invention relates to a method of operating a corner portion adjusting device of a scaffolding system capable of independently optimizing a distance from a footing to a work point by independently operating a footing portion of a corner portion.
1. Scaffolding General
Scaffolding refers to a scaffolding structure used in a construction site. It is used to lift and support workers and materials when cleaning construction, repair work, building or machinery, In a variety of ways depending on the shape and the use.
The wooden scaffold consists of a vertical column, a long horizontal member, an obliquely long member, and a brace that crosses vertically and horizontally. .
The treadle scaffold (Fig. 1) is used when working in a large area with little or no need to adjust the height, such as when plastering the ceiling. It may be specially designed, or it may be a simple wooden sowing band used by a carpenter. The specially designed trawl scaffold can be adjusted to the working height in the range of 2 to 5 m.
In most construction works, steel scaffolds made of iron or aluminum are widely used instead of wood scaffolds. Steel scaffold scaffolds can easily be constructed in any shape, length, and height, and can be easily moved with wheels. There are also occasions where sunshine and windstorms are prevented by hitting a scaffolding or a canopy with scaffolding. The steel pipe tower can be assembled quickly by connecting a steel pipe or pipe with a diameter of about 8 cm by a standard connection method.
The moon scaffold consists of two short pedestals, each of which is attached to the winch. The cable leads from each winch to a raised beam attached to the building frame. There is a ratchet device on the surface of the hoist so that the horizontal stand can be raised or lowered. Power scaffolding allows an operator to raise and lower an electric motor on a scaffold.

Conventional patent technologies relating to scaffolds applied to a cargo hold of a ship include "scaffolding" (hereinafter referred to as "first prior art") of Patent Application No. 10-1994-0703369 and patent application No. 10-2008-0121340 Quot; Scaffolding bracket adapter " (hereinafter referred to as " second prior art ").

The first prior art provides a scaffold particularly suitable for working inside a bulky
5 is a view showing a cross-sectional configuration of a scaffolding for installation of a heat insulating plate in a membrane LNG carrier holding cargo which has become a technical background of the second prior art. Fig. 6 is a cross- FIG. 7 is a view showing a state in which a length of a scaffolding bracket is extended by using an adapter for a scaffolding bracket according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a view showing an adapter for a scaffolding bracket according to a second embodiment of the second prior art. In which the length of the scaffolding bracket is extended.
In connection with the technical background of the second prior art (Fig. 5), an insulation plate (not shown) is generally installed on the inner surface of the membrane liquefied natural
The second conventional technique is to solve the above-mentioned problem. It is possible to extend the length of the scaffolding bracket as much as necessary, so that even when the shape of the cargo hold is changed, a conventional scaffolding bracket can be used without making a new scaffolding bracket Provided is an adapter for a scaffolding bracket capable of coping with a change in length due to a change in the shape of a cargo hold.
In this case, the adapter for a scaffolding bracket according to the first embodiment of the second prior art (Fig. 6) comprises a
7), the
The second prior art is mounted between the scaffolding joint frame and the scaffolding bracket so that the length of the scaffolding bracket can be extended as much as necessary so that even when the shape of the cargo hold is changed to install an existing scaffolding member, Even if the shape of the cargo hold is changed, it is not necessary to fabricate a new scaffolding bracket in response to a change in length due to the change of the shape of the cargo hold. Therefore, And the logistics cost can be greatly reduced.
3. Problems still present in the prior art
However, despite the first prior art and the second prior art as described above, the following problems still exist.

Generally, since a liquefied natural gas carrier (hereinafter referred to as "LNG carrier") performs the installation work of the first and second insulation boxes in the cargo hold, a scaffold system capable of expanding and contracting is used to secure a work space. In this case, the conventional scaffold system consists of a scaffold (301 in Fig. 9) and an iron structure (302 in Fig. 9) supporting the scaffold. The conventional scaffolding expansion and contraction method is performed according to a method of additionally stretching or shrinking the
