Claims (4)
- 회전동력을 발생시키는 구동모터(16)와, 피스톤(24)이 내재된 실린더(22)가 일정한 회전궤도상에 복수 개가 배치되어 있고 상기 구동모터(16)에 의해 회전운동하는 실린더블록(20)과, 상기 피스톤(24)을 직선으로 왕복 작동시키기 위한 변환수단과, 상기 실린더블록(20)의 회전운동을 안내하기 위한 회전안내수단으로 된 사이클 로드 타입의 왕복 피스톤 압축기에 있어서,
상면에 결합된 구동모터(16)의 모터축(17)이 중앙 축구멍(15)을 관통하여 실린더블록(20)에 결합되고, 저면에 형성된 둥근 안내홈(12)의 내측에 비스듬한 각도의 경사트랙(14)을 가지는 실린더 헤드(10)와;
상기 실린더블록(20)의 상면에 돌출된 복수 개의 피스톤 로드(25)가 상기의 안내홈(12)에 끼워진 채 경사트랙(14)을 따라 주행하도록 안내하는 회전체(30)와;
상기 실린더 헤드(10)의 저면에 조립되며 내측에는 실린더블록(20)의 회전을 안내하기 위한 회전지지구(42)가 구비된 하우징(40)과;
상기 하우징(40)의 하부에 결합하여 실린더(22)의 저면 개방통로를 커버하며, 중간 배플(52)의 일측으로 피스톤(24)의 상사점 측을 커버하는 인입측의 제1챔버(C1)가 구비되고 타측에는 피스톤(24)의 하사점 측을 커버하는 토출측의 제2챔버(C2)가 구비된 실린더커버(50)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 사이클 로드 타입의 왕복 피스톤 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피스톤 로드(25)의 상단에 요크(27)가 핀 조립되고 이 요크에 회전체(30)가 결합하여, 상기 회전체(30)가 경사트랙(14)을 주행하면서 기울기가 가변하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 사이클 로드 타입의 왕복 피스톤 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실린더커버(50)의 상면에 제1, 제2챔버(C1,C2)를 덮는 플레이트(54)가 결합되며;
상기 플레이트(54)는 일측 제1챔버(C1)의 상부에 구비되는 제1, 제2포트(55a,55b)가 피스톤(24)의 상사점에 인접하면서 인입측의 실린더에 연통하게 되는 인입포트(SP)가 있고, 타측 제2챔버(C2)의 상부에 구비되는 제3, 제4포트(55c,55d)가 피스톤(24)의 하사점에 인접하면서 토출측의 실린더에 연통하는 토출포트(DP)가 구비된 구성임을 특징으로 하는 사이클 로드 타입의 왕복 피스톤 압축기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1, 제2포트(55a,55b) 및 제3, 제4포트(55c,55d)의 사이 구간에 연결홈(56)이 형성된 구성임을 특징으로 하는 사이클 로드 타입의 왕복 피스톤 압축기.
