Abstract
The caster is started. In the casters according to the present invention, the width direction of the top plate, which is a direction perpendicular to the direction of the load acting on the top plate, is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first and second support members. A buffer member is interposed between the first support member and the second support member along the longitudinal direction of the first support member and the second support member. Therefore, since the contact area between the second support member and the cushioning member is wide, when the cushioning member is contracted while the second support member is rotated by the load acting on the top plate, the cushioning member has a large area contracted. Thus, the effect of buffering is improved.
Description
The present invention relates to a caster having improved buffering effect.
Caster refers to a wheel that is coupled to the lower side of the conveying device and can be freely changed in direction.
If an external impact is applied to the casters while loading and carrying the load on the load board attached to the upper part of the casters, the load may be detached, deformed or damaged. To prevent this, the caster is provided with a shock absorber unit for absorbing external impact to buffer the shock.
Generally, the cushioning cushioning unit is designed so that the cushioning can be optimized for a heavy load of about 350 kg or more using a spring having a high elastic modulus. As a result, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain a smooth buffer effect when the shock absorber is used in a caster on which a light load is applied.
In order to solve such a problem, in order to solve such a problem, in Korean Registered Utility Model No. 0415713 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 1") and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-307916 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 2" A caster capable of obtaining a buffering effect is disclosed.
The spring 8 of the prior art 1 and the springs 81 and 82 of the prior art 2 are respectively installed in such a manner as to enclose the shaft 6 and the support shaft 90 provided parallel to the direction in which the load acts, Is expanded and contracted in parallel with the direction in which it acts.
That is, in the cushion buffer unit of the conventional caster as described above, since the springs 8 (81, 82) expand and contract in parallel with the direction in which the load acts, the area of the springs 8 (81, 82) Is relatively small. As a result, the buffering effect is deteriorated.
In order to obtain a sufficient buffering effect, a plurality of springs 8 (81, 82) must be provided in parallel, which complicates the structure and increases the cost.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a caster capable of improving the buffering effect by having a large load absorbing area.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a caster comprising: a top plate having an upper surface coupled to a loading portion on which a load is loaded; A cover member provided on a lower surface of the top plate; A movable member rotatably mounted on the cover member at an upper portion thereof and rotated by a load acting on the top plate; A wheel rotatably mounted on a lower portion of the movable member; A first support member supported on the upper portion of the movable member to move together with the movable member and parallel to the width direction of the top plate in a direction perpendicular to a direction of a load acting on the top plate, ; The center portion is located inside the first support member, the both end portions are rotatably supported by the cover member through the movable member, and a portion supported by the cover member by a load acting on the top plate A second support member rotating in a direction opposite to the movable member; And a buffer member interposed between the first support member and the second support member and adapted to absorb an impact while being expanded and contracted by the rotation of the second support member.
The caster according to the present invention is parallel to the width direction of the top plate, which is a direction perpendicular to the direction of the load acting on the top plate, and the longitudinal direction of the first and second support members.

The cushioning structure of the casters according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 2 to 4. Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of the "A" part of FIG.
The

The
The
The upper portion of the
The
To this end, one of the inner surfaces of one of the inner surfaces of the through-

In detail, when a load is loaded on the loading unit, a load acts on the
3 and 4 is referred to as a reference, because of the
The cushioning
It is a matter of course that the
Since the center portion side of the
The caster according to the present embodiment has the width direction of the
