상기 하부덮개(140)에 천정마감결속수단에 의하여 결속되어 천정마감부(200)와 수평면을 이루게 결합되며 하부덮개(140)와 연동 개폐되는 천정마감덮개(10)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 천정 맞춤형 하향식 피난사다리.
