상기 외컵 디스펜서를 통해 적층하여 보관하고 있는 외컵이 배출된 후, 설정된 대기시간이 경과하게 되면, 혹은 외컵이 배출되었다는 사실을 확인하게 되면 상기 제어모듈의 지시에 따라 상기 외컵 위에 내컵을 배출하는 한편 상기 내컵을 일렬로 겹쳐진 상태로 적층하여 보관하는 내컵 디스펜서와,
