제2도는 본 발명에 따른 다단 멀티필터형 회절식 탈취기의 세정액 흐름을 도시하기 위한 구성도이다.
제3도는 제1도의 “C” 부분의 개략적인 우측면도이다.
제4도는 제1도의 수평면 “B”의 절단 평면도이다.
제5도는 제1도의 수평면 “A”의 절단 평면도이다.
제6도는 멀티필터(42)의 개략적인 사시도 및 멀티필터(42)를 제조하기 위한 각 부재의 개략적인 사시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 오염된 가스를 정화하기 위한 탈취기(100)에 있어서,
가스공급 덕트(31)를 통하여 유입된 가스가 세정액과 혼합하여 임핀젯(impin-jet) 효과를 일으켜 1차 탈취를 하도록 탈취기 하부 내부에 설치된 헌팅 방지판(32), 회절판(30), 수직부재(33), 및 사선부재(34);
상기 회절판(30) 상부에 설치된 엘리미네이터(eliminator)(36);
상기 엘리미네이터(36) 상부에 2차 탈취를 하도록 설치된 분배판(41), 회절판(40), 및 멀티필터(42);
상기 멀티필터(42) 상부에 설치된 엘리미네이터(eliminator)(43);
상기 회절판(30)에서 오버플로우(overflow)된 세정액이 파이프(21)를 따라 순환하도록 설치된 탱크(20); 및
상기 회절판(40)에 파이프(12)를 통하여 세정액이 공급되고 상기 회절판(40)에서 오버플로우(overflow)된 세정액이 파이프(13)를 따라 순환하도록 설치된 탱크(10);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 멀티필터형 회절식 탈취기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티필터(42)는 4개의 필터가 조립된 형태로 이루어지고, 각각의 필터는 시이트 형상의 필터(421)를 원통형 필터(422)로 제조하고, 상기 원통형 필터를 지그재그로 배열함과 동시에 천공되지 않은 부분의 위치를 서로 반대로 교차시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 멀티필터형 회절식 탈취기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회절판(40)과 분배판(41)의 사이 양쪽 측부에 복수 개의 구멍이 형성되고, 파이프(12)에 연결되어 세정액을 분출할 수 있도록 직선 파이프 형상의 와류식 노즐(44)이 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 멀티필터형 회절식 탈취기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(10)의 세정액은 순환펌프(11)에 의하여 파이프(12)를 따라 분배판(41) 상부로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 멀티필터형 회절식 탈취기.
