Description

ANTISTATIC AGENT FOR WOOL SPINNING}ANTISTATIC AGENT FOR WOOL SPINNING [0002]

More particularly, the present invention relates to an antistatic agent for wool application for use in a spinning process of wool, and more particularly to a wool anti-static agent for laminating wool, The present invention relates to an antistatic agent for a wool protective layer.

In the fiber spinning process, static electricity is essentially generated due to friction between fibers or between fibers and machines. This static electricity causes process troubles to cause a decrease in work efficiency. Therefore, static electricity In advance. An antistatic agent may be added to suppress the generation of such static electricity.

Generally, a substance having an antistatic function has a hydrophilic group and a hydrophilic group at the same time in the molecule, and the lipophilic part is adhered or impregnated to the substrate and the hydrophilic part is oriented outward. Moisture is adsorbed on the surface of the base material by attraction due to hydrogen bonding between the hydrophilic group of the antistatic agent and water (water molecules) in the air, and the conductivity of the adsorbed water and the antistatic agent itself decreases the surface electrical resistance of the base material , And prevents charging (charge accumulation), which is a cause of generation of static electricity, to prevent generation of static electricity.

The present inventors have developed an antistatic agent having not only excellent antistatic properties but also solubility in water, as compared with conventional antistatic agents for wool coatings.

An object of the present invention is to provide an antistatic agent for wool covering which has improved static antistatic properties compared to conventional antistatic agents by modifying the conventional antistatic agent for wool coating application and has a suitable solubility by controlling the content of the antistatic agent component .

<1> 본 발명에 의한 양모 방적용 대전방지제는, 라우릴알코올, 미리스틸알코올, 세틸알코올, 스테아릴알코올, 오산화인, 하이포포스파이트, 및 기타 첨가제를 함유한다.<1> The antistatic agent for wool application according to the present invention contains lauryl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, phosphorus pentoxide, hypophosphite, and other additives.

<2> 본 발명의 다른 태양은, <1>에 기재된 양모 방적용 대전방지제에 있어서, 기타 첨가제로서, 실리콘 소포제 및 KOH를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양모 방적용 대전방지제이다.<2> Another aspect of the present invention is a wool anti-static agent comprising the silicone antifoaming agent and KOH as the other additives in the antifoaming agent for a wool protective layer according to <1>.

<3> 본 발명의 또 다른 태양은, <1> 또는 <2>에 기재된 양모 방적용 대전방지제에 있어서, 세틸알코올 및 스테아릴알코올의 함유량이, 각각 2중량%∼5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 양모 방적용 대전방지제이다.<3> Another aspect of the present invention is the antifouling agent for wool knit protection according to <1> or <2>, wherein the content of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol is 2 wt% to 5 wt% Is an antistatic agent for wool coating.

The antistatic agent of the present invention contains an appropriate amount of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol, so that it can have excellent antistatic property even under low humidity conditions and also have solubility in water. In addition, it has anti-static property and harmonization of smoothness and fiber cohesion, thereby exhibiting excellent flame retardancy without damaging fibers even at high speed spinning. In addition, in the spinning process, the drop out from the fiber is extremely small, and the winding on the roller is extremely small.

Each component of the antistatic agent of the present invention is described in more detail as follows.

The higher aliphatic alcohol can undergo a phosphorylation reaction with phosphorous pentoxide to produce an alkyl phosphate salt, as shown in the following reaction formula.

반응식 1 : ROH + P2O5 → ROPO(OH)2 또는 (RO)2POOHReaction 1: ROH + P 2 O 5 ? ROPO (OH) 2 or (RO) 2 POOH

반응식 2 : ROPO(OH)2 또는 (RO)2POOH + KOH → ROPO(OK)2 또는 (RO)2POOK + H2O
ROPO (OH) 2 or (RO) 2 POOH + KOH → ROPO (OK) 2 or (RO) 2 POOK + H 2 O

The alkyl phosphate, which is a product of the reaction between the higher aliphatic alcohol and phosphorus pentoxide, is an anionic surfactant and can improve the antistatic property in the spinning process.

The higher aliphatic alcohols used in the present invention are lauryl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol.

Conventionally, an alkylphosphate obtained by phosphorylating an alkyl alcohol having 12 to 14 carbon atoms has been used as an antistatic agent. In the present invention, cetyl alcohol having 16 carbon atoms and cetyl alcohol having a carbon number of 12, 14, as well as lauryl alcohol and myristyl alcohol, By containing stearyl alcohol of 18, the antistatic property can be further improved. That is, an alcohol having a larger number of carbon atoms than that of the prior art is used to further improve the antistatic property.

In addition, an increase in lipophilicity due to the inclusion of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol improves the adsorption of the emulsion to the fiber, thereby reducing the drop of the emulsion and imparting smoothness.

However, it is not preferable to increase the content of uncylated cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol in order to improve the antistatic property. This is because cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol have a large number of carbon atoms in the carbon chain of the hydrophobic group, and when added more than necessary, the cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol lose their solubility in water and become too viscous, resulting in poor workability in the spinning process. Therefore, it was necessary to study how much cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol should be added so as not to lower the workability while enhancing the antistatic property.

As a result of repeated research, the inventors of the present invention have found that antistatic properties and workability can be simultaneously improved by containing cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol in amounts of 2 wt% to 5 wt%, respectively. That is, if the content of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol is less than 2% by weight, the antistatic property becomes insufficient. If the content of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol is more than 5% by weight, workability is deteriorated due to an increase in viscosity.

The content of the lauryl alcohol is preferably 35 wt% to 55.5 wt%, the content of the myristic alcohol is preferably 5 wt% to 7.5 wt%, the content of phosphorus pentoxide is preferably 10 wt% to 15 wt% .

In the above reaction formula, KOH is used to neutralize the phosphorus oxides of the alkyl alcohol, and the content thereof is preferably 20% by weight to 30% by weight.

The antistatic agent of the present invention may further comprise an antioxidant and a defoaming agent.

As the antioxidant, a hypophosphite can be used. The antioxidant is a component that effectively suppresses pyrolysis of the emulsion by heating and improves the effect of preventing fusion between fibers. In addition, the hypophosphite also serves to prevent discoloration during the phosphorylation reaction of the alkyl alcohol and phosphorus pentoxide.

Examples of the hypophosphite that can be used in the present invention include sodium hypophosphite and potassium hypophosphite, and the content of the hypophosphite is preferably 0.02 wt% to 0.06 wt%.

Due to the rationalization of the spinning process, the work is carried out at a high speed, so that processing failure may occur depending on the bubbles in the process, and a defoaming agent may be used to prevent the occurrence of bubbles.

As the antifoaming agent, a silicone antifoaming agent can be used. Antifoaming agents weaken the surface tension, which prevents the foam from bubbling in the liquid when stirring. In particular, the silicone defoamer is chemically stable and effective.

In the case of the silicone antifoaming agent, it is preferably contained in an amount of 0.02 wt% to 0.06 wt%.

The antistatic agent of the present invention may be used alone or in combination with other emulsions.

When the antistatic agent of the present invention is used, it is put into 3 to 5 times of warm water (30 to 50 ° C), sufficiently stirred and dissolved, and then diluted to a predetermined concentration. Proper usage is controlled by fiber type, blending condition, spinning condition, etc. However, the general usage amount is 0.1 ~ 0.3% (opu, Oil Pick-Up).

Figure 112012080671289-pat00002

From the results shown in Table 2, it can be seen that Example 1 is excellent in both anti-friction property and solubility. In contrast, when the content of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol was less than 2 wt% (Comparative Example 1), it was confirmed that the antistatic property was relatively low due to the high voltage. When the content of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol was more than 5 wt% (Comparative Example 2), it was confirmed that the solubility was lowered.
