Abstract
본 발명에 의한 포장용 리드 필름은, 기재 필름과 열접착 필름이 결합되어 이루어지며, 상기 열접착 필름은 이축 연신 공압출된 필름으로서, 결합층, 기재층, 밀봉층을 포함하여 이루어진다.
본 발명에 의할 경우, 용기를 완벽히 밀봉하는 열접착성을 유지하면서도 높은 stiffness 값을 갖는 포장용 리드 필름을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 기재 필름과 열접착 필름이 결합된 포장용 리드 필름에 있어서,
상기 열접착 필름은 이축 연신 공압출된 필름이며, 결합층, 기재층, 밀봉층을 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 열접착 필름의 밀봉층을 이루는 수지는 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐 및 1-데센으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 수지와 프로필렌의 공중합체 수지를 포함하거나, 부틸아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 메틸아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지와 에틸렌의 공중합체 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름은 폴리에틸렌 테레프타레이트(polyethylene terephthalate, PET) 수지를 주재로 하여 제조된 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열접착 필름의 결합층을 이루는 수지는 프로필렌 단독 중합체 수지, 프로필렌 공중합체 수지 및 에틸렌 공중합체 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열접착 필름의 기재층을 이루는 수지는 프로필렌 단독 중합체 수지 또는 에틸렌 함량이 2중량% 이하인 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 수지를 포함하며, 용융지수(ASTM D1238, 230℃, 2.16㎏)가 1~5g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 기재층을 이루는 수지는 용융시 필요 열량(시차주사열량계, 10℃/분)이 50~150J/g이고, 용융온도가 110℃~170℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열접착 필름의 밀봉층을 이루는 수지가 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐 및 1-데센으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 수지와 프로필렌의 공중합체 수지를 포함하는 경우,
상기 공중합체 수지에서 프로필렌의 함량은 50 내지 99중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열접착 필름의 밀봉층을 이루는 수지가 부틸아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 메틸아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지와 에틸렌의 공중합체 수지를 포함하는 경우,
상기 공중합체 수지에서 에틸렌의 함량은 50 내지 99중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열접착 필름의 밀봉층을 이루는 수지의 용융온도는 60 내지 130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 리드 필름.
