Description
The present invention relates to a high efficiency vacuum degasser. More specifically, the water vapor flows from the upper part to the lower part of the degasser to cause degassing in the spray zone, decreases the diameter of the water droplets sprayed from the injection nozzle, increases the surface area, and increases the degassing efficiency. The present invention relates to a high-efficiency vacuum degassing apparatus, which is arranged in such a way as to allow water to flow down the sides of all trays, thereby improving the degassing efficiency by maximizing the contact surface with water vapor.
Thermal power plants use steam turbines to produce electricity. The steam turbine receives the superheated steam of high temperature and high pressure, generates a shaft power of the steam turbine while lowering the pressure to a low pressure, and generates electricity by turning a generator. In this process, air is introduced at the final stage.
The incoming air is removed in a steam condenser using a vacuum pump or ejector. However, if subcooled condensate occurs, some air will dissolve in the water.
1 shows a schematic diagram of a conventional thermal power generation system. As shown in Figure 1, during the power generation process, water is discharged from the boiler 1 as steam of high temperature and high pressure, and the discharged high temperature and high pressure steam flows into the
At this time, since the water contains oxygen, if a lot of water is to be introduced into the power generation process, a condensate tank (condesate tank, 4)) is installed at the rear of the condenser. At this time, the
Some of this is deposited on the surface of the heat exchanger. A bigger problem is also attached to the boiler surface, which accelerates the corrosion of iron. Therefore, to solve this problem, a vacuum deaerator is used to remove oxygen dissolved in the supplemental water before the supplemental water is put into the condensate tank, and then water is sent to the condensate tank. At this time, the water vapor emitted from the turbine is used without using water vapor.
2 shows a cross-sectional view of a
In addition, the side of the body stop portion is provided with a
The principle of oxygen degassing is that the solubility of oxygen is zero at saturation temperature. That is, at saturation temperature, air is not dissolved in water, and at saturation temperature, all oxygen is evaporated and removed. The water surface is at its saturation temperature when it comes into contact with water vapor. Air (oxygen) thus evaporates directly at the water surface. At this time, the rate of degassing is the rate at which oxygen in the water reaches the water surface (the surface in contact with water vapor). In order to increase the rate of degassing, it is important to increase the contact surface of water with water vapor. In other words, the efficiency of degassing may be increased by reducing the distance at which air diffuses to the surface.
However, in the case of the conventional degasser shown in FIG. 2, there is a disadvantage that the degassing efficiency is not good because the area contacted with the water vapor soaked in the evaporation tube is present only in the portion flowing down to the upper surface and the side surface. . In addition, since water vapor is introduced from the side, no degassing phenomenon occurs at all in the upper space of the body stop. Therefore, a deaerator is required to maximize the contact area with water and to maximize the deaeration efficiency by generating a deaeration phenomenon in the body stop.
Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the water vapor is introduced from the upper side to the lower side of the deaerator to cause the degassing phenomenon in the spray zone, the surface area by reducing the diameter of the water droplets injected from the injection nozzle By increasing the degassing efficiency and increasing the surface area of the water droplets, when the water droplets are exposed to water vapor, they reach a saturation temperature in a short time, and the plurality of trays are arranged in multiple stages so that water can flow down the sides of all trays. The present invention relates to a high-efficiency vacuum degassing apparatus having a first partition and a second partition installed to maximize the surface contacted with water vapor, thereby improving the degassing efficiency.

Hereinafter will be described the configuration and function of the degasser for removing oxygen contained in the water according to an embodiment of the present invention. First, Figure 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the degasser and the
As mentioned above, condensate from the condenser is collected in the
As shown in Figure 3, the degassing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is a sealed
The
In addition, as shown in Figure 3, it can be seen that the
At this time, the injection by the
In addition, the water droplets injected by the
The evaporated oxygen is collected in a plurality of
Hereinafter will be described the cause of the degassing efficiency is increased by the degassing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. First, Table 1 below shows the oxygen diffusion coefficient (Dv) and the heat diffusion coefficient (∝) when the heat is diffused when oxygen is diffused in water according to the temperature (T). The unit of diffusion coefficient is cm2 / s. And the unit of temperature is expressed in ° C.
The degasser according to one embodiment of the present invention is operated in a vacuum state. At this time, the operating pressure of the vacuum deaerator is operated at the steam turbine outlet pressure. These values range from about 6 to 8 kPa. Therefore, the saturation temperature of oxygen to water is around 40 ℃. As shown in Table 1, when the oxygen diffusion coefficient and the thermal diffusion coefficient are compared, the thermal diffusion coefficient is 50 times larger than the oxygen diffusion coefficient.
That is, in this case, the diffusion rate of heat is 50 times faster than the diffusion rate of oxygen. Therefore, it can be seen that the water droplets contain oxygen even after the water droplet temperature has already reached the saturation temperature. However, as shown in Table 1, even if the operating pressure increases, the coefficient of thermal diffusion is almost constant, but the oxygen diffusion coefficient increases rapidly and the difference is significantly smaller. For this reason, the conventional vacuum degasser cannot be efficiently degassed. Therefore, the degassing efficiency is extremely low.
Another aspect that relates efficiency is that, as already mentioned, the droplet surface is always at saturation temperature because it is in contact with water vapor. Therefore, when oxygen reaches the surface, it evaporates in the stock market. In other words, the rate of evaporation of oxygen is related to the total area of water droplets.
Table 2 shows the surface area of water droplets per unit volume.
In the conventional deaerator, the size of water droplets injected by the nozzle was 1 mm or more. However, when the average size of the water droplets is 1500㎛, the water droplet surface area per unit volume is 51m2 / m3. However, when the average droplet size is 100 μm, the droplet surface area per unit volume increases to 776
In addition, the high-efficiency vacuum degasser according to an embodiment of the present invention, unlike the prior art, the water vapor is introduced from the upper side can be removed a considerable portion of oxygen before reaching the
Hereinafter, the configuration of the
As shown in Figure 4a to 4d, it can be seen that the
4A to 4D, it can be seen that the inside of the
Therefore, the water droplets are collected into the plurality of
In addition, in order to increase the surface area of the flowing water, it is important to let it flow down on all sides of the
Experimental Example>
Hereinafter will be described an experimental example using a high efficiency vacuum degasser according to an embodiment of the present invention. The cogeneration plant with a capacity of 130,000 kW will supply 110 tons / hr of steam to a nearby chemical plant. Therefore, industrial shoes are supplied to the power generation system through water treatment. The water went through five different treatments, but about 15 ppm of air was dissolved in the water. As in the experimental example, the high-efficiency vacuum degassing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention degass the dissolved air to 0,008 ppm in about 15 ppm.
In the experimental example, the average diameter of water droplets injected by the
Table 3 shows the degassing performance in the spray space, that is, the upper side of the
