상기 실시예에서 제조된 변비 개선용 조성물의 변비 개선 활성을 변비 증상을 갖고 있는 남녀 60명을 대상으로 하여 임상시험으로 평가하였다. 변비가 변이 굳고 누런 황색이며 배변의 횟수와 변의 양이 감소하고 불규칙하며 잔변감과 함께 변의 악취가 심하여 불쾌감을 느끼는 증상임을 고려하여, 상기 변비 증상을 가진 사람은 일주일에 4회 이하로 변을 보는 사람 중에서 선발하였으며, 변비 증상의 개선 정도에 대한 평가는 배변의 횟수와 규칙성, 잔변감 유무의 정도, 변의 악취 정도 및 황색 변을 보는가의 여부로 평가하였다. 상기 [표 1]의 결과는 배변의 횟수와 규칙성에 있어서, 비교예의 한라봉 동결 건조 분말을 복용한 경우는 20명 중 4명에게서 개선 효과가 있다고 응답하였지만 실시예의 조성물을 복용한 경우는 개선 효과가 있다고 응답한 경우가 현저하게 많았으며, 특히 <실시예 2>의 조성물을 복용한 경우는 대부분의 실험 참가자에게서 '규칙적으로 1일 1회 변을 본다'는 응답이 나왔다.The results of Table 1 indicate that in the frequency and regularity of bowel movements, the Hallabong lyophilized powder of the comparative example showed improvement in 4 out of 20 people, but in the case of taking the composition of the example, the improvement effect was obtained.
