Description
본 발명은 연마입자를 분사하여 가공대상물 표면에 분사하여 표면을 연마 처리하는 표면 연마장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 금속 연마입자가 금속가공대상물의 표면연마기능과 더불어 표면연마 과정에서 가공대상물 표면으로부터 발생된 금속분진이 대기 중으로 확산되는 것을 방지하는 기능까지 갖도록 함으로써 작업환경을 개선할 수 있도록 한 기술에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a surface polishing apparatus for polishing the surface by spraying abrasive particles on the surface of the workpiece, in particular, the metal abrasive particles are generated from the surface of the workpiece in the surface polishing process in addition to the surface polishing function of the metal workpiece. The present invention relates to a technology capable of improving the working environment by having a function of preventing metal dust from spreading into the atmosphere.
더불어 금속연마입자를 제련과정에서 쇳물로부터 발생된 슬러그를 활용함에 따라 자원절약 효과 및 환경보호 효과도 얻을 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다.
In addition, the present invention relates to a technology that can obtain a resource saving effect and an environmental protection effect by utilizing slug generated from metal waste during the smelting process.
일반적으로 성형 완료된 가공대상물은 표면에 남아있는 버어(bur)나 스케일 등을 제거하는 표면 연마가공 과정을 거친다.In general, the molded object is subjected to a surface grinding process to remove the bur (bur) or scale remaining on the surface.
그리고 제품 성형과정 외에도 버스나 지하철 등의 차량기지에서 차량 표면도색 등의 유지보수 과정에서도 표면 연마가공 과정을 거친다.In addition to the product molding process, the surface grinding process is also performed in the maintenance process such as the surface painting of the vehicle at the vehicle base such as bus or subway.
이러한 표면 연마가공은 가공대상물 표면에 모래 등의 연마입자를 고압으로 분사하여 가공대상물 표면을 깍아내는 형태의 '샌드블라스팅(sand blastig)' 방식으로 이루어진다.The surface grinding process is performed in a 'sand blastig' method in which the abrasive particles such as sand are sprayed at a high pressure on the surface of the workpiece to shave the surface of the workpiece.
이렇게 가공대상물 표면이 깍여짐에 따라 가공대상물 표면으로부터 분진이 많이 발생되어 대기중에 비산될 뿐만 아니라, 연마입자를 모래로 사용할 경우 가공대산물표면에 충돌하여 부서지는 과정에서도 분진이 발생된다.Thus, as the surface of the object is cut, a lot of dust is generated from the surface of the object to be scattered in the atmosphere, and when the abrasive particles are used as sand, dust is generated even when crashed and collided with the surface of the workpiece.
따라서 최근에는 연마입자를 모래 외에 강도가 큰 금속입자를 사용하여 충돌시 부서지지 않도록 함으로써 연마입자로부터 발생되는 분진을 최소화하기도 한다.Therefore, in recent years, the abrasive particles are made of metal particles having high strength in addition to sand to prevent them from being broken during collision, thereby minimizing dust generated from the abrasive particles.
하지만 이렇게 연마입자를 금속재질로 사용하더라도 가공대상물 표면으로부터 발생된 분진이 대기중으로 비산되는 현상은 방지할 수 없는 한계가 있다.However, even when the abrasive particles are used as a metal material, there is a limit that the phenomenon of dust generated from the surface of the object to be scattered into the air cannot be prevented.
특히 가공대상물이 금속일 경우 작업자가 금속분진을 반복적으로 흡입하게 됨에 따라 건강에 치명적인 악영항을 미칠 수 있어, 경우에 따라 표면연마가공 부근에 별도의 흡기장치를 설치하여 가공대상물 표면으로부터 발생된 분진을 바로 흡기처리하기도 한다.In particular, if the object is a metal, the worker repeatedly inhales the metal dust, which may have a serious adverse effect on health. In some cases, a separate intake apparatus is installed near the surface polishing, so that dust generated from the surface of the object is processed. It is also intake treatment immediately.
하지만 이렇게 별도의 흡기장치나 집진장치 등을 설치해야하므로 경제적으로 부담될 수밖에 없으며 작업 현장의 공간소비도 커지는 문제점이 수반된다.
However, since it is necessary to install a separate intake device or dust collector, it is inevitably economically burdened, and the space consumption of the work site is accompanied with a problem that increases.
본 발명은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 제안된 것으로,SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed in order to solve such conventional problems,
기본적으로 연마입자를 금속가공대상물 표면에 분사하는 표면연마과정에서 별도의 흡기장치나 집진장치를 구비하지 않더라고 금속가공대상물 표면으로부터 발생된 금속분진의 비산 현상을 최소화함으로써, 주변의 대기오염을 방지함은 물론 전체 설비도 간소화 될 수 있도록 한 표면연마장치를 제공하고자 한다.Basically, in the surface polishing process in which abrasive particles are sprayed on the surface of the metal workpiece, the air pollution is prevented by minimizing the scattering of metal dust generated from the surface of the metal workpiece even without a separate intake device or dust collector. In addition, it is intended to provide a surface polishing device that can simplify the entire installation.
그리고 연마입자를 제련등의 과정에서 발생된 폐기물을 이용하여 분진의 비산방지기능이 발휘되도록 함으로써 자원절약효과에도 기여할 수 있는 표면연마장치를 제공하고자 한다.In addition, by using the waste generated in the process of smelting the abrasive particles to achieve the scattering prevention function of dust to provide a surface polishing device that can contribute to the resource saving effect.
이러한 해결과제를 갖는 본 발명 중 장치에 대한 실시예는,An embodiment of the device of the present invention having such a problem,
An inner space is formed in the receiving space for accommodating the abrasive particles of the iron-containing form, and one side of the abrasive particle receiving portion is formed with the abrasive particle discharge hole, one end of the particle moving tube and the other of the particle moving tube connected to the abrasive particle discharge hole An abrasive particle injection tube having an injection nozzle connected to an end thereof, and a fluid injection pipe connected to the injection nozzle and injecting a high pressure fluid in the same direction as the injection direction of the injection nozzle.
상기 입자이동관과 분사노즐 중 어느 하나 이상에 연결되어 내부에 자력을 전달하는 자화유도부를 포함한다.It is connected to any one or more of the particle moving tube and the injection nozzle includes a magnetization inducing unit for transmitting a magnetic force therein.
그리고 상기 자화유도부는 영구자석과 전자석 중 어느 하나의 형태이고 상기 입자이동관과 분사노즐 중 어느 하나 이상의 내 벽면에 설치되어 이동하는 금속 연마입자를 자화시킬 수 있다.The magnetization induction part may be any one of a permanent magnet and an electromagnet, and may magnetize the metal abrasive particles which are installed on the inner wall of at least one of the particle moving tube and the injection nozzle.
또한 상기 연마입자 수용부에 형성되어 있고 상기 수용공간 내 금속연마입자에 자력을 전달하는 보조자화유도부를 더 포함할 수 있다.In addition, it may further include an auxiliary magnetization guide portion formed in the abrasive particle receiving portion for transmitting a magnetic force to the metal abrasive particles in the receiving space.
그리고 상기 보조자화유도부는 전자석 형태이고 수용공간의 내벽면에 연결되어 있으며 시간 간격을 두고 공급전원이 온 오프되면서 자력이 시간 간격을 두고 발생될 수 있다.In addition, the auxiliary magnetization guide portion is in the form of an electromagnet and connected to the inner wall surface of the receiving space, the magnetic force may be generated at a time interval as the power supply is turned off at a time interval.
또한 상기 금속연마입자는 제강 과정에서 쇳물로부터 발생된 슬러그 분쇄물로 이루어질 수 있다.
In addition, the metal abrasive particles may be made of a slug crushed product generated from molten water during the steelmaking process.
이러한 여러 실시예를 갖는 본 발명은,The present invention having these various embodiments,
기본적으로 금속연마입자가 연마입자 분사관을 통과한 후 외부로 분사되는 과정에서 자화유도부에 의해 자성화 된 상태로 분사됨에 따라,Basically, as the metal abrasive particles are injected to the outside after passing through the abrasive particle injection pipe, they are injected as magnetized by the magnetization induction part,
금속가공대상물 표면이 깍여지는 과정에서 발생된 금속분진이 자력에 의해 각 연마입자 표면에 들러붙기 때문에 분진이 대기 중으로 비산되는 현상이 방지되어 작업장 주변의 대기 오염이 방지되는 장점을 갖는다.Since metal dust generated in the process of scraping the surface of the metal workpiece adheres to the surface of each abrasive particle by magnetic force, dust is prevented from being scattered into the air, thereby preventing air pollution around the workplace.
그리고 금속연마입자가 가공대상물 표면의 연마와 더불어 분진처리 기능까지 함께 발휘하게 됨에 따라 별도의 흡기장치자 집진장치 등이 설치하지 않아도 되므로 그에 따른 경제적효과 및 공간활용도 향상 효과더 얻을 수 있게 된다.In addition, since the metal abrasive particles exhibit the dust treatment function together with the polishing of the surface of the object to be processed, there is no need to install a separate intake device dust collector and the like, thereby further improving the economic effect and space utilization.
그리고 연마입자 수용부에도 보조 자화유도부를 설치하여 금속연마입자가 수용부에 수용된 상태에서 1차적으로 자성화된 후 분사노즐로 분사되는 과정에서 2차적으로 자성화 됨에 따라 분사후에도 일정시간동안 자성화 상태가 유지될 수 있어 금속분진의 처리효율이 향상되는 효과도 갖는다.
In addition, an auxiliary magnetization induction part is installed in the abrasive particle accommodating part so that the metal abrasive particles are first magnetized in the state accommodated in the accommodating part, and then magnetized second in the process of being injected into the injection nozzle. Since the state can be maintained, the treatment efficiency of the metal dust is also improved.

이하 도면에 도시된 실시예를 바탕으로 본 발명의 구체적인 구성 및 효과를 설명하도록 한다.Hereinafter, specific configurations and effects of the present invention will be described based on the embodiments shown in the drawings.
본 발명 표면 연마장치는 [도 1] 및 [도 2]에 도시된 바와 같이 크게 연마입자 수용부(100)와 연마입자 분사관(400) 및 자화유도부를 포함하여 구성된다.The surface polishing apparatus of the present invention includes a abrasive particle accommodating
먼저 연마입자 수용부(100)는 표면연마에 사용될 금속재 연마입자(1)가 최초 수용되는 부분으로, 전체적으로 내부에 수용공간(110)이 형성된 호퍼 형태로 이루어진다.First, the abrasive particle accommodating

이러한 연마입자 수용부(100)에는 제1자화유도부(200)가 설치되는데,

제1자화유도부(200)는 수용공간(110)에 수용되어 있는 연마입자(1)를 1차적으로 자성화 시키는 역할을 하는 것으로, 전자석 형태로 이루어지며 별도의 전원공급부(210)와 연결되어 전원공급부(210)를 통해 전원이 공급되면 자체적으로 자성을 띠는 구조로 이루어진다.The first
이러한 제1자화유도부(200)는 연마입자 수용부(100) 의 바닥 내벽면(114)과 측벽 내벽면의 외측면에 부착 설치되는데, 이때 제1자화유도부(200)는 연마입자 수용부(100)의 바닥면과 측벽면 전체에 걸쳐 형성됨에 따라 바닥면 전체와 측벽면 전체에 자력이 전달될 수 있게 된다.The first
따라서 이렇게 연마입자 수용부(100)의 내부면이 제1자화유도부(200)에 의해 자화 됨에 따라 내벽면에 접촉된 상태로 수용되어 있는 금속 연마입자들도 자성화 되는 구조를 갖게 된다.Accordingly, as the inner surface of the abrasive particle accommodating
참고로 제1자화유도부(200)의 설치위치는 위 구조에 한정되지 않고 연마입자 수용부(100)의 구조 등에 따라 다양하게 변형될 수 있는데, 예를들어 바닥면과 측벽면 중에서 선택적으로 설치될 수 있으며 해당 벽면 전체가 아닌 부분 적으로 위치될 수도 있다.For reference, the installation position of the first
더불어 연마입자 수용부(100)의 벽면 자체를 전자석으로 제작하여 제1자화유도부(200)와 연마입자 수용부가 일체화 구조로 제작될 수도 있다.In addition, the wall surface of the abrasive particle accommodating
이렇게 제1자화유도부(200)까지 설치된 연마입자 수용부(100)에는 교반기(300)가 더 설치된다.Thus, the
교반기(300)는 연마입자 수용부(100)에 수용된 각 연마입자(1) 전체가 골고루 자성화 될 수 있도록 유도하는 역할을 하는 것으로, 구동모터에 의해 회전하는 교반축(310) 둘레면에 교반날개(320)가 나선 형태로 형성된 구조로 이루어진다.The
이러한 교반기(300)는 교반축(310) 중 교반날개가 형성된 구간이 연마입자 수용부의 수용공간(110)에 위치된 상태에서 구동모터에 의해 회전되는 구조로 설치된다.The
이로 인해 교반기에 의해 수용공간(110) 내 금속연마입자 들이 교반되면서 수용공간(110) 내벽면과의 접촉이 골고루 이루어져 각 연마입자들 전체가 골고루 자성화 되는 구조를 갖게 된다.As a result, as the metal abrasive particles in the
그리고 필요에 따라 교반기의 교반축(310)과 교반날개(320)에도 전자석 형태의 제2자화유도부(330)를 형성시킬 수도 있다.If necessary, the second
따러서 수용공간 내 연마입자(1)들은 수용공간 내벽면과의 접촉에 의해 자성이 이루어짐과 동시에 교반과정에서 교반축(310)과 교반날개(320)와의 접촉에 의해서도 자성화가 이루어지게 됨으로, 수용공간 내 연마입자 전체적으로 골고루 자성화가 이루어질 수도 있다.Therefore, the abrasive particles (1) in the accommodating space is magnetized by the contact with the inner wall surface of the accommodating space and at the same time the magnetization is also made by contact with the
물론 제1자화유도부(200) 만으로도 수용공간 내 연마입자 전체의 자성화가 가능하다면 제2자성화유도부는 생략될 수 있으며, 더 나아가 교반과정 없이도 연마입자 전체의 자성화가 가능하다면 교반기 자체도 생략될 수 있다.Of course, if it is possible to magnetize the entire abrasive grain in the accommodation space with only the first
이러한 연마입자 수용부(100)에 수용되는 금속연마입자(1)는 제철소의 제련과정에서 발생되는 슬러그가 재활용되어 사용되는데,Metal abrasive particles (1) accommodated in the abrasive
일반적으로 제철소에서의 제련과정에서 용광로 내 쇳물 상층부 형성된 금속에 함유된 부산물층이 형성되는데, 이러한 부산물은 철분이 함유된 상태의 슬러그 형태로 분리되어 응고된 후 파쇄 및 스크린 과정을 통해 선별 처리된 후 입자크기 등에 따라 강입철이나 분정광 등으로 재활용되거나 매립지로 보내어 매립처리 된다.In general, the by-product layer contained in the metal formed in the upper part of the molten metal in the furnace during the smelting process in the steel mill is formed, and these by-products are separated into solids in the form of slugs containing iron, solidified, and then screened through crushing and screening. Depending on the particle size, it can be recycled as steel, or mining, or sent to landfill for disposal.
본 발명에서는 이렇게 입자 형태로 가공된 슬러그 입자를 연마입자로 사용하는데, 위 설명처럼 이 연마입자는 생성과정에서 철분이 함유된 상태이므로 자체적으로 자화가 가능한 상태가 된다.In the present invention, the slug particles processed in the form of particles are used as abrasive particles. As described above, the abrasive particles are in a state in which iron is contained in the production process, so that they can be magnetized by themselves.
이러한 연마입자는 자체적으로 높은 강도를 가짐에 따라 금속가공대상물 표면에 고압으로 분사시키더라도 충돌과정에서 파쇄되는 현상이 거의 발생되지 않게 된다.Since the abrasive particles have a high strength in themselves, even when sprayed at a high pressure on the surface of the metal workpiece, almost no fractures occur during the collision process.
물론 연마입자는 이러한 슬러그 외에도 별도로 제작된 금속구슬 형태 등으로도 제작될 수 있다.
Of course, the abrasive particles can be produced in the form of a metal bead separately manufactured in addition to such slugs.
이렇게 교반기까지 설치된 연마입자 수용부(100)에는 입자 분사관(400)이 연결 설치된다.
The
입자 분사관(400)은 연마입자 수용부(100) 안의 연마입자가 외부로 분사되는 과정에서의 이동경로 기능 및 이동 과정에서 추가적인 자화가 이루어지는 부분으로, 다시 연마입자 이동관(410)과 분사노즐(420) 을 포함하여 구성된다.The
그 중 입자 이동관(410)은 연마입자의 이동 가이드경로 역할을 하는 것으로, 일정길이를 갖는 배관 형태이고 일단부가 연마입자 수용부(100)의 배출공(130)에 연결된 상태로 설치된다.Among them, the
이러한 입자 이동관(410)은 전체적으로 연질의 플랙시블한 구조로 이루어져 자체적으로 자유롭게 휘어질 수 있는 구조를 갖는다.The
그리고 분사노즐(420)은 연마입자(1)의 분사과정에서 입자 이동관(410)의 타 단부에 연결된 상태로 설치되는데, 이때 분사노즐(420)의 분사공(422)은 입자 이동관(410)의 내경보다 작게 형성되어 연마입자(1)가 이러한 직경차이로 인해 상대적으로 높은 압력으로 분사될 수 있게 된다.In addition, the
이러한 분사노즐(420) 중 입자 이동관(410)에 삽입된 구간이 2중관 형태로 형성되어 내부관(424)과 외부관(425) 사이에 후술하는 보조 자화유도부(600)의 설치를 위한 공간부가 형성된 구조로 이루어진다.A section inserted into the
분사노즐(420)은 이러한 구조 외에도 분사노즐(420) 전체가 2중관 형태로 제작되어 보조 자화유도부(600) 설치를 위한 공간부가 분사노즐 전체에 구간에 형성되도록 함에 따라 후술하는 보조 자화유도부가 분사노즐 전체에 형성될 수 있도록 할 수도 있다.In addition to such a structure, the
이러한 연마입자 분사관(400)에는 유체분사부(500)가 연결된다.

유체분사부(500)는 연마입자(1)가 분사노즐(420)을 통해 배출되는 과정에서 압력차이를 이용해 고압으로 분사되도록 유도하는 역할을 하는 것으로, 다시 공기압축부(510)와 유체분사관(520)을 포함하여 구성된다.The
그 중 공기압축부(510)는 대기 중의 공기를 압축하여 고압 상태로 만드는 역할을 하는 것으로, 일반적인 컴프레서(compressor) 형태로 이루어진다.Among them, the
그리고 유체분사관(520)은 공기압축부(510)에서 압축된 유체의 분사기능을 하는 것으로, 일정길이를 갖는 배관 형태고 단부가 공기압축부(510)와 연결되고 타단부의 유체분사공(522)이 분사노즐(420)의 분사공(422) 부근에 위치된 형태로 설치된다.In addition, the
이때 유체분사관(520)의 유체 분사방향이 분사노즐의 연마입자 분사방향과 동일한 방향을 향하도록 위치된다.At this time, the fluid injection direction of the
When the high-pressure fluid is injected around the
참고로 이렇게 기압차에 이한 분사구조는 다양하게 변형될 수 있는데, 예를들어 [도 3]처럼 분사노즐(420) 자체를 벤츄리(venturi)관 형태로 제작하고 유체가 분사노즐을 통과하여 배출되도록 하고 분사노즐에는 연마입자가 다른 경로를 통해 유입될 수 있도록 하여 연마입자와 유체가 분사노즐 내부에서 혼합되어 배출되도록 제작할 수도 있다.For reference, the injection structure following the pressure difference may be variously modified. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the
이때 분사노즐(420)의 중간지점에 단면축소부(524)를 형성시켜 유체가 단면축소부(524)를 지나는 과정에서 단면 축소로 인해 속도가 빨라지게 되고 이로 인해 해당지점의 기압이 순간적으로 낮아지도록 함에 따라 입자 분사관(400)내 연마입자가 단면축소부로 빨려들어간 후 유체화 혼합된 상태로 분사되도록 할 수도 있다.
At this time, the

보조 자화유도부(600)는 연마입자(1)가 분사노즐(420)을 지나는 과정에서 추가적으로 자성화 되도록 하여 연마입자가 자화가 유지된 상태로 분사되도록 하는 역할을 하는 것으로, 영구자석 또는 전자석 형태로 이루어진다.The auxiliary
이러한 보조 자화유도부(600)는 분사노즐(420)의 내부관(424)과 외부관(425)사이 공간부에 위치된 상태에서 내부관(424)의 외측면 전체에 부착 설치된다.The auxiliary

이하에서는 이러한 구성에 의한 본 발명의 작용 및 그 과정에서 발생되는 특유의 효과를 설명하도록 한다.Hereinafter, the operation of the present invention based on such a configuration and the unique effects generated in the process will be described.
먼저 연마입자 수용부(100)의 수용공간(110)에 연마입자(1)를 채워넣은 뒤 제1자화유도부(200)에 전원을 공급하면 제1자화유도부(200) 자체적으로 자력이 발생됨에 따라, 결국 연마입자 수용부(100)의 내부면 전체가 자성화 된다.First, when the abrasive particles 1 are filled in the
그리고 이렇게 연마입자 수용부(100)의 내부면 전체가 자성화 됨에 따라 이에 수용되어 있는 연마입자(1) 중 수용공간(110) 내벽면과 접촉된 연마입자(1)가 자화 되는데, 연마입자들은 모두 상호 접촉된 상태로 수용되어 있기 때문에 결국 전체 연마입자(1)가 자성화 된다.As the entire inner surface of the abrasive particle
만약 교반기가 설치된 경우, 이 과정에서 교반기(300)를 작동시켜 연마입자를 휘 저어주면 연마입자(1)가 수용공간(110) 내벽면과 골고루 접촉되면서, 결국 연마입자 전체가 골고루 자성화 되는 효과를 얻게 된다.If the stirrer is installed, the
더 나아가 교반기에 제2자화유도부(330)를 설치한 경우 교반과정에서 각 연마입자들이 교반축 및 교반날개에 접촉되면서 자성화 현상이 촉진되는 효과도 얻게 된다.Furthermore, when the second
이렇게 연마입자 수용부(100) 내에 수용된 연마입자(1)가 자성화 된 상태에서 유체분사부(500)의 작동에 의해 고압으로 압축된 공기가 유체분사관(520)을 통해 고압으로 분사된다.The compressed air at high pressure by the operation of the
이로 인해 연마입자 분사관(400)의 분사공(422) 주변 기압이 연마입자 수용부 내부 압력에 비해 낮아집에 따라 연마입자 수용부 내 연마입자(1)가 압력차이로 인해 배출공(130)을 통해 배출된 후 입자 이동관(410)을 따라 이동된 뒤 분사노즐(420)을 통과한 후 외부로 분사된다.As a result, the air pressure around the
이때 위에서 설명한 것처럼 유체가 고압으로 분사되고 있는 상태이기 때문에 분사노즐로부터 배출된 연마입자는 유체와 혼합되어 빠른 속도로 분사된다.At this time, since the fluid is being injected at a high pressure as described above, the abrasive particles discharged from the injection nozzle are mixed with the fluid and injected at a high speed.
이때 제1자화유도부(200)에 공급되는 전원을 간격을 두고 온/ 오프 시킴에 따라 연마입자(1)가 입자 분사관(400)으로 빨려 나가는 과정에서 자력에 의해 수용공간 내벽면에 붙어 빠져나가는 현상에 방해가 되지 않도록 한다.At this time, as the power supplied to the first
그리고 연마입자(1)가 분사되는 과정에서 분사노즐(420)의 내부면은 보조 자화유도부(600)에 의해 자성화 된 상태가 되고, 이 상태에서 연마입자(1)가 분사노즐 내부를 지나는 과정에서 분사노즐 내벽면과 접촉됨에 따라 추가적인 자성화가 이루어지게 된다.In the process of spraying the abrasive particles 1, the inner surface of the
즉 연마입자는 분사 전 연마입자 수용부(100) 안에서 1차적으로 자성화 되고 분사노즐을 통해 배출되기 직전에 2차 자성화가 이루어지게 되고, 이로 인해 외부로 분사된 후에도 연마입자 자체적으로 적정수준의 자력이 유지될 수 있게 된다.That is, the abrasive particles are first magnetized in the abrasive particle
참고로 분사노즐을 지나는 과정에서의 자성화만으로도 충분한 자력을 갖도록 할 수 있다면 제1자화유도부(200)는 생략될 수도 있다.For reference, the first
이렇게 자체적으로 자력을 보유한 상태로 분사된 연마입자가 금속 재질의 가공대상물 표면에 충돌됨에 따라 가공대상물 중 해당지점의 표면이 깍여지면서, 금속 분진이 발생된다.As the abrasive particles sprayed with their own magnetic force collide with the surface of the metal object to be processed, the surface of the corresponding point of the object is cut, and metal dust is generated.
이 과정에서 연마입자는 계속 분사되고 있는 상태이기 때문에 금속 분진은 발생과 동시에 [도 4]처럼 연마입자의 자력에 의해 각 연마입자 표면에 들러붙게 된다.In this process, since the abrasive particles are continuously being sprayed, metal dust is generated and adhered to the surface of each abrasive particle by the magnetic force of the abrasive particles as shown in FIG. 4.
따라서 분진이 대기중으로 비산되는 현상이 최소화되어, 결국 기존과 달리 작업장 주변의 공기가 분진에 의해 오염되는 현상이 최소화 된다.Therefore, the phenomenon that dust is scattered to the atmosphere is minimized, and thus, unlike the conventional method, the air pollution around the workplace is minimized by the dust.
뿐만 아니라 대기중의 분진 처리를 위한 흡기장치나 집진 장치 등이 필요성이 낮아짐에 따라 해당 설비를 생략함으로써 발생되는 경제적 효과 및 공간확보 효과를 얻을 수 있게 된다.In addition, as the need for an intake device or a dust collector for dust treatment in the atmosphere is reduced, it is possible to obtain economic and space-saving effects generated by omitting the equipment.
참고적으로 도면에는 도시되지 않았지만 분진이 부착된 연마입자를 수거하여 연마입자와 분진을 분리하는 선별장치를 더 추가하여, 분진이 제거된 연마입자를 다시 재사용할 수 있도록 할 수도 있다. For reference, although not shown in the drawing, a sorting device for separating the abrasive particles and the dust by collecting the abrasive particles with dust may be further added, so that the abrasive particles from which the dust has been removed may be reused.
그리고 위 설명에서는 유체가 주로 공기인 것으로 설명되었으나, 공기 외에도 물이 사용될 수도 있다.
In the above description, the fluid is mainly described as air, but water may be used in addition to air.
이상 설명한 것처럼 본 발명은 금속가공대상물 표면에 금속연마입자를 분사하여 표면 연마를 하는 장치에 있어서, 연마입자가 분사전 자성화되도록 함에따라 표면연마과정에서 발생된 금속분진이 연마입자 표면에 들러붙도록 하여 대기중으로 비산되지 않도록 함으로써 연마입자가 표면 연마기능과 동시에 분진 처리기능을 동시에 발휘 할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.As described above, in the present invention, in the apparatus for surface polishing by spraying metal abrasive particles on the surface of a metal workpiece, the metal dust generated during the surface polishing process adheres to the surface of the abrasive particles as the abrasive particles are magnetized before injection. It is characterized in that the abrasive particles can exhibit the surface polishing function and the dust treatment function at the same time by preventing them from scattering in the air.
그리고 제련과정에서 발생된 금속 부산물인 슬러그를 연마입자로 활용하고 자체 철분을 이용해 자화가 가능하도록 함에 따라 자원절약효과 및 슬러그의 매립을 최소화 하여 환경보호 효과도 함께 얻을 수 있게 됨을 또 다른 특징으로 한다.
In addition, by using slug, which is a by-product of metal produced in the smelting process, as an abrasive particle and allowing magnetization using its own iron, it is possible to obtain environmental protection by minimizing resource saving and slug embedding. .
The characteristics of the present invention described above may be implemented by various modifications and combinations by those skilled in the art, but the metal dust generated from the metal object in the surface polishing process by being magnetized while passing through the injection nozzle in the process of injecting the metal abrasive particles If it is related to the configuration and the purpose of adhering to the surface of the metal abrasive particles by this magnetic force to exhibit the dust treatment function, it should be determined that it belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.
