관 연결부위의 외면에 결합되는 한 쌍의 가스켓(2,2') 및
관 연결부위를 보호하도록 상기 가스켓(2,2')의 외부에 설치되는 커버부재(C)를 포함하고,
상기 커버부재(C)는 상부커버(4)와 하부커버(6)가 상호 맞결합되며,
상기 상부커버(4) 및 하부커버(6)의 양단부에는 각 관(100,200)의 외면에 밀착되는 반원형의 개구부(92,94)가 형성되고,
상기 상부커버(4) 및 하부커버(6)의 측단에는 상호 볼트 체결이 가능하도록 플랜지(5)가 형성되며,
상기 상부커버(4) 및 하부커버(6)의 내부에는 콘크리트 몰탈(300)이 충진되도록 공간부(9)가 형성되고,
상기 상부커버(4)에는 내부의 공간부(9)와 통하도록 형성되어 상기 콘크리트 몰탈(300)이 주입되는 주입구(7) 및
상기 공간부(9) 내부의 압력을 측정하도록 압력계가 장착되는 장착구(8)가 형성되며,
상기 하부커버(6)에는 내부 공간부(9)에 고인 물을 배출시킬 수 있도록 배출수단(d)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 연결부의 커버장치.
