Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to formwork foams, and more particularly to formwork foams having an improved foam frame to reduce material costs and light weight, and an improved top panel for permanent use.
In general, when forming the interior and exterior walls and pillars of a concrete building structure, the form is formed, and concrete is poured into the interior space to cure.
Such formwork used a panel made of wood in the past, but with the increase in price, wood is easily transformed by absorbing moisture in concrete and is restricted in repeated use. Euroforms are widely used.
In this example of the euroform, as shown schematically in FIG. 1, the frame 2 of the formwork 1 is generally made of steel and is generally quadrangular. Fastening holes 2a for fastening pipe hooks and wedge pins and a flat long rectangular flat tie bar or spacer are fastened to the rim of the frame 2. It is provided with a plurality of interval grooves 2b at predetermined intervals. An angle 3 for reinforcing the frame and the plate is appropriately arranged inside the frame 2, and the plate 4 is disposed on the front of the frame 2 and fastened with a rivet or the like. The euroform formwork 1 is shaped to a certain standard, so that it is easy to install and dismantle and can be used repeatedly.
However, such a conventional Eurofoam frame is very heavy with the increase of material cost and molding processing cost due to the use of a thick steel sheet to have rigidity to withstand the bending deformation against load, it was difficult to carry and install.
Moreover, the board |
To this end, in recent years, a Eurofoam type formwork has been tried in which a
An object of the present invention is to provide a formwork foam having a foam frame and the upper panel of the improved structure to solve the problems according to the above-described conventional euroforms, the manufacturing cost is low, light weight, and durability is improved.
In order to achieve the above object, the formwork form according to the present invention, the formwork form having an upper panel coupled to the frame is reinforced with a horizontal member and the vertical member, the frame is formed of a thin plate formed hollow hollow inside It is formed of a metal frame bar, wherein the hollow portion is provided with a core, an adhesive layer is formed between the core and the metal frame bar, the core is integrally formed inside the frame bar.
It may be configured by joining the two metal thin plate members of the inner side and the outer side to form a hollow portion inside the frame bar.
The center of the outer surface of the frame bar is preferably formed with a protrusion to reinforce the support rigidity for the bolt fastening of the cross membrane and the side membrane along the longitudinal direction of the frame bar.
The upper panel is composed of a steel plate is integrally bonded to the outside of the plywood by an adhesive layer, the end of the plywood is provided with a synthetic resin molding.
In addition, the thin plate member on the inner side of the frame bar may be a protrusion formed so that the upper panel can be fixed.
A plurality of cross members are provided between the horizontal frame bars constituting the frame, and a reinforcing side member is provided between the cross members provided on the outermost side and the vertical frame bar. The cross members and the side members are provided. The holes may be formed with a plurality of holes to reduce the weight.
The upper panel is preferably composed of a plurality of upper panel units so that the upper panel can be partially replaced without replacing the entire upper panel for partial damage.
Thus, by forming the frame bar of the foam in a hollow structure, it can be reduced in weight, and compared with conventionally formed by bending a thick steel sheet, it is easy to manufacture and reduce material costs.
In addition, a metal plate is placed outside the plywood of the upper panel, and special surface treatment prevents corrosion by ready-mixed concrete (alkali) and eases peeling of ready-mixed concrete. The problem that it is difficult to remove the foam is prevented. Thus, the conventional plywood is weak in external force, moisture, etc. due to concrete, so that it is replaced after 3 to 6 times of use, or in the case of aluminum material, it is necessary to replace after 100 times of use. Can be used as

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings showing an embodiment according to the present invention will be described in detail the present invention.
Formwork foam of the present invention is composed of a frame formed by coupling the reinforcing members of the horizontal member and the vertical member at regular intervals to the rectangular frame as in a conventional shape and the upper panel is coupled thereon. This structure refers to the conventional structure of FIG.
Foam frame according to the present invention shown in cross-sectional view in Figure 2 is formed of a thin
In addition, a wire 14 may be provided on the inner surface of the hollow of the frame bar as a gap maintaining means for maintaining the adhesive layer at a predetermined gap. In addition, another embodiment of the gap holding means may be formed as protrusions protruding at regular intervals on the inner surface of the frame bar instead of wires, and other gaps for forming a certain gap for the adhesive layer, such as aluminum wire. Of course, the material can be used.
It is preferable to form a curved shape on the outer surface of the frame bars to increase the rigidity. In particular, in FIG. 2, the central portion protrudes outward to form a protrusion along the longitudinal direction to reinforce the supporting rigidity when the bolt is fastened to the cross membrane and the side membrane through the protrusions.
3 (a) to 3 (e) show modifications of the thin metal sheet structure of the hollow metal of the frame bar of FIG. 2, and FIG. 3 (a) shows that the inside is hollow formed by extrusion and the inside 3 (b) to 3 (e) are formed of two metal thin plate members (outer side and inner side) such that the
In addition, as shown in the drawings, the inner part of the frame bars may have
In addition, the
The side of the frame bar is formed with
Thus, by forming the frame bar of the foam in a hollow structure, it can be reduced in weight, and compared with conventionally formed by bending a thick steel sheet, it is easy to manufacture and reduce material costs.
The upper panel structure in which the
According to the present invention, the
The
As the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
It is made of a material (urethane, etc.) that is dustproof, soundproofed, and sealed to prevent vibration and noise generated when the foam is installed or dropped, and to prevent water or ready-mixed concrete from flowing from the upper panel into the foam joint or inside. It can also be provided on the surface and side of the steel sheet surrounding the panel and the side of the frame. This enables special surface treatment to prevent corrosion by alkaline concrete and ease of peeling of ready-mixed concrete. It prevents the problem that it is difficult to remove the foam by flowing through the gap and hardening.
As a result, the conventional plywood is weak in external force, moisture, etc. due to concrete, so that it can be replaced after 3 to 6 times of use, or in the case of an aluminum material, it can be used permanently after overcoming the disadvantage of having to be replaced after about 100 times of use.
Figure 7 is a perspective view showing a use state of another embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of
The present invention is applied to the foam to extend the life of the foam used in the construction of concrete structures, and to reduce the weight and manufacturing cost.
