도 2는 본 발명에 따른 중량물의 진동감쇄장치의 설치단면도.

Claims (5)
- 중량물의 프레임 저면의 모서리에 설치되는 것으로, 하부가 개방되고, 상부에는 체결공이 형성된 통부재와, 상기 체결공에 결합되는 조절볼트와, 상기 조절볼트의 하부에 결합되는 구형탄성체를 포함하되, 상기 구형탄성체 내부에는 코일스프링이 내장되어져 수직방향의 진동을 감쇄하도록 하는 수직방향 진동감쇄수단; 및
상기 중량물의 프레임 저면에 관통공을 형성하되, 상기 관통공은 상기 통부재의 둘레에 배치되며, 일단은 상기 관통공에 결합되고 타단은 지면에 고정되어지는 앙커볼트와, 중앙이 관통되어 상기 앙커볼트가 결합되어지고, 상기 관통공에 외측이 결합되어지는 방진고무를 포함하여 수평방향의 진동을 감쇄하도록 하는 수평방향 진동감쇄수단; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물의 진동감쇄장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 통부재의 형상은 원형단면 또는 사각단면 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물의 진동감쇄장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일스프링은 배럴형 코일스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물의 진동감쇄장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일스프링의 상하부에는 원호형의 캡이 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물의 진동감쇄장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방진고무 하부 외측에는 보호캡이 결합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물의 진동감쇄장치.
