Description
Claims (20)
- a) 하기 화학식 IIIa, IIIb 또는 IIIc의 화합물을 하이드로폼일화하거나;b) 하기 화학식 IV의 화합물을 하나 이상의 환원 단계를 포함하는 화학식 IV의 화합물의 하나 이상의 반응에 의해 반응시키거나;c) 하기 화학식 V의 알콜을 산화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 하기 화학식 II의 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체의 제조 방법:화학식 II[상기 식에서,a, b 및 c는 서로 독립적으로 0 또는 1을 나타내고, 이때 a+b+c는 0, 1 또는 2와 같고;Y1은 할로겐이고;Z1, Z2 및 Z3은 서로 독립적으로 단일 결합 또는 -OCF2-를 나타내고;n1은 0, 1 또는 2이고;R1은 할로겐 또는 비 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 15의 알킬 기를 나타낸다]화학식 IIIa화학식 IIIb화학식 IIIc화학식 IV[상기 식에서,R3은 CN, COOH, CONHR4 또는 COOR4를 나타내고, R4는 알킬, 아르알킬 또는 (임의로 치환된) 아릴을 나타낸다]화학식 V[상기 화학식 IIIa, IIIb, IIIc, IV 및 V에서,A1, A2, A3, A4, Z1, Z2, Z3, a, b, c 및 R1은 화학식 II에서 정의된 바와 같다].
- 제 1 항에 있어서,화학식 IV의 테트라하이드로피란 화합물을 상응하는 다이하이드로피란 유도체의 수소화에 의해 제조하고, 이때 상기 유도체가 에틸렌의 제거와 함께 촉매적 고리 폐쇄 복분해에 의해 치환된 다이엔으로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,화학식 IV의 화합물의 화학식 II의 알데하이드로의 환원을 환원 금속, 금속 하이드라이드, 알킬금속 화합물 또는 저 원자가 붕소 화합물을 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,화학식 IV의 화합물의 환원을 다이아이소부틸알루미늄 하이드라이드, 다이알킬알루미늄 하이드라이드 또는 아미노- 또는 알콕시-치환된 리튬 알루미늄 하이드라이드를 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,화학식 IIIa, IIIb 또는 IIIc의 화합물의 하이드로폼일화를 일산화 탄소 및 수소를 동시에 사용하여, 또는 수소 대신에 하이드로실란 또는 포메이트를 사용하여, 후속적으로 중간체를 가수분해시키면서 촉매적으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,화학식 IIIa, IIIb 또는 IIIc의 화합물의 하이드로폼일화를 전이 금속을 사용하여 촉매적으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,촉매작용을 금속 로듐 또는 코발트의 전이 금속 착체를 사용하여 수행하고, 이때 상기 착체가 카보닐 리간드를 갖는 코발트 화합물 또는 인 함유 리간드를 갖는 로듐 화합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,화학식 V의 화합물의 산화를 CrO3, 데스 마틴(Dess-Martin) 방법에 의한 요오드 시약, DMSO/DCC(피츠너 모팻(Pfitzner-Moffatt) 산화), DMSO/옥살릴 다이클로라이드(스베른(Swern) 산화), 아세톤/Al(O-알킬)3(오페나우어(Oppenauer) 산화), 또는 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸 피페리딘 N-옥사이드 또는 전이 금속 촉매에 의해 촉매화된 NaOCl을 사용하는 방법에 의해 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,분자 중의 Z1, Z2 및 Z3 중 하나 이상이 -OCF2-를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체.
- 알데하이드 기의 부가 또는 축합 생성물의 합성을 위한, 제 1 항에 정의된 화학식 II의 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,알데하이드 기가 임의로 치환된 5- 또는 6-원 고리를 형성시키는 작용을 함을 특징으로 하는 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,반응을 다이올을 사용하여 수행하여 다이옥산을 제공하거나 알릴금속 화합물을 사용하여 호모알릴 알콜을 제공하고 이로부터 추가로 제 2의 테트라하이드로피란 고리를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체.
- 하기 화학식 Qa의 화합물, 화학식 Qa의 화합물의 (부분적으로) 포화된 수소화 생성물 또는 하기 화학식 Qb 또는 Qc의 화합물인 화학식 Qa의 화합물의 합성 전구체를 제조하기 위한, 제 1 항에 정의된 화학식 II의 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체:화학식 Qa화학식 Qb화학식 Qc상기 화학식 Qa, Qb 및 Qc에서,R1, R2, A1, A2, A3, A4, Z1, Z2, Z3, a, b 및 c는 제 1 항의 화학식 II에서 정의된 바와 같고;각각의 경우에 서로 독립적으로,A5 및 A6은 화학식 II에서 A1에 대해 정의된 바와 같고,Z5 및 Z6은 화학식 II에서 Z1에 대해 정의된 바와 같고,e 및 f는 화학식 II에서 a에 대해 정의된 바와 같다.
- a) 제 1 항에 정의된 화학식 II의 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체를 제조하는 단계; 및b) 제 1 항에 정의된 화학식 II의 폼일테트라하이드로피란 유도체를 이용하여 2,5-이치환된 테트라하이드로피란 유도체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 2,5-이치환된 테트라하이드로피란 유도체의 제조 방법.
