Claims (19)
- 광학함수(OF)에 의해 식별되며, 좌표 x, y, z로 정의되는 공간 위치에서 제 1 부분(F1)의 광기하학적 특성을 정의하는 제 1 수식(EF1(x, y, z))에 의해 정의된 제 1 부분(F1) 및 제 2 부분(F2)의 광기하학적 특성을 정의하는 제 2 수식(EF2(x, y, z))에 의해 정의되는 제 2 부분(F2)을 포함하는 광학시스템(OS)을 계산하는 방법으로서,가상함수(VOF)를 생성하기 위하여 가상 광학시스템(VOS)이 사용되는 생성단계(GEN)와,상기 광학함수(OF)를 얻도록 상기 가상함수(VOF)가 변형되는 변형단계(MOD)와,상기 광학함수(OF) 및 상기 제 1 수식(EF1)으로부터 상기 제 2 수식(EF2)이 계산되는 계산단계(CAL)를 포함하고,상기 제 1 부분(F1)과 상기 제 2 부분(F2)은 상기 광학시스템의 체적 또는 표면이며,상기 광학시스템(OS)의 광학함수(OF)는 상기 광학시스템(OS)의 광기하학적 특성의 함수(h)로 정의되고, OF=h(EF1(x,y,z), EF2(x,y,z))로 정의되는, 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가상 광학시스템(VOS)은 제 1 가상수식(EVF1)에 의해 정의된 제 1 가상부(VF1)와 제 2 가상수식(EVF2)에 의해 정의된 제 2 가상부(VF2)를 구비하고, 제 1 가상수식(EVF1)과 제 2 가상수식(EVF2)이 가상함수(VOF)를 정의하는 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가상함수(VOF)는 광학함수(OF)와 동일한 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 생성단계는 데이터베이스 내에서 제 1 가상수식(EVF1)을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 가상수식(EVF1)이 제 1 변형함수(N1)를 이용해 제 1 변형수식(EV'F1)을 얻게 하는 수식변형단계를 더 포함하고, 제 1 수식(EF1)은 제 1 변형수식(EV'F1)과 동일한 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,제 1 가상부(VF1)는 가상 광학시스템(VOS)의 제 1 체적을 포함하고, 제 1 가상수식은 제 1 체적의 광기하학적 특성에 따르며, 제 1 변형함수(N1)는 광기하학적 특성 중 적어도 하나를 변형시키는 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,광기하학적 특성은 표면 수식과 체적의 광학적 굴절지수들 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 특성을 포함하는 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 가상부(VF1)는 제 1 가상면이고 제 2 가상부(VF2)는 제 2 가상면인 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,제 1 가상부(VF1)는 제 1 가상면이고 제 2 가상부(VF2)는 제 2 가상면이며, 상기 광학함수(OF)는 제 1 가상면 및 제 2 가상면의 수식 차에 따르고, 제 2 면 변형함수(N2)는 제 1 면 변형함수(N1)와 동일한 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학 시스템(OS)은 누진굴절력렌즈인 광학시스템 계산방법.
- 광학함수(OF)에 의해 식별되고, 제 1 수식(EF1)에 의해 정의된 제 1 부분(F1)과 제 2 수식(EF2)에 의해 정의된 제 2 부분(F2)을 포함하는 광학시스템(OS) 제조방법으로서,제 2 수식(EF2)이 상기 광학함수(OF) 및 제 1 수식(EF1)으로부터 계산되는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생성단계(GEN), 변형단계(MOD), 계산단계(CAL)와,상기 제 1 부분(F1)을 구비하는 반가공 광학시스템(SOS)을 구비한 반가공 광학시스템(MSFOS)에 제공하는 단계와,상기 반가공 광학 시스템(MSFOS)이 상기 제 2 수식(EF2)에 의해 정의된 제 2 부(F2)에 또한 형성되어 상기 광학시스템(OS)을 얻도록 제조되는 제조단계(M2)를 포함하는 광학시스템 제조방법.
- 광학함수(OF)에 의해 식별되고, 제 1 수식(EF1)에 의해 정의된 제 1 부분(F1)과 제 2 수식(EF2)에 의해 정의된 제 2 부분(F2)을 포함하는 광학시스템(OS) 제조방법으로서,제 2 수식(EF2)이 상기 광학함수(OF) 및 제 1 수식(EF1)으로부터 계산되는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생성단계(GEN), 변형단계(MOD), 계산단계(CAL)와,제조된 반가공 광학 시스템(MSFOS)을 얻도록 상기 제 1 부분(F1)을 구비하는 반가공 광학시스템(SOS)이 제조되는 제 1 제조단계(M1)와,상기 제조된 반가공 광학 시스템(MSFOS)이, 상기 제 2 수식(EF2)에 의해 정의된 제 2 부분(F2)이 또한 형성되어 상기 광학시스템(OS)을 얻도록 제조되는 제 2 제조단계(M2)를 포함하는 광학시스템 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,제 1 가상수식(EVF1)이 제 1 변형함수(N1)를 이용해 제 1 수식(EF1)과 동일한 제 1 변형수식(EV'F1)을 얻게 하는 수식변형단계를 더 포함하고,상기 제 2 제조단계(M2)는제 2 가상수식(EFV2)이 제 2 변형함수(N2)에 의해 변형되어 제 2 변형수식(EV'F2)를 얻는 제 2 변형서브단계(MS2)와,반가공 광학시스템(SFOS)의 제 2 부분(F2)이 광학시스템(OS)을 얻도록 제조되는 제 2 제조서브단계(MAN2)를 포함하고,제 1 변형함수(N1)와 제 2 변형함수(N2)는 광학시스템이 광학함수(OF)에 의해 식별될 수 있는 식으로 정의되며, 제 2 부분(F2)의 제 2 수식(EF2)은 제 2 변형수식(EV'F2)과 동일한 광학시스템 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,제 2 가상부(VF2)는 가상 광학시스템(VOS)의 제 2 체적을 포함하고, 제 2 수식은 제 2 체적의 광기하학적 특징에 따르며, 제 2 변형함수(N2)는 광기하학적 특징 중 적어도 하나를 변형하는 광학시스템 제조방법.
- 제 1 수식(EF1)에 의해 정의된 제 1 부분(F1)과 제 2 수식(EF2)에 의해 정의된 제 2 부분(F2)인 두 부분을 구비하고, 광학함수(OF)에 의해 식별되며, 제 12 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 광학시스템.
- 제 13 항의 제 1 제조단계(M1)에 따라 제조되고 제 13 항에 따른 제 2 제조단계(M2)에 의해 변형되도록 한 반가공 광학시스템(MSFOS).
- 광학함수(OF)에 의해 식별되고, 제 1 수식(EF1)에 의해 정의된 제 1 부분(F1)과 제 2 수식(EF2)에 의해 정의된 제 2 부분(F2)을 포함하는 광학시스템(OS)을 제조방법으로서,제 2 수식(EF2)이 상기 광학함수(OF) 및 제 1 수식(EF1)으로부터 계산되는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생성단계(GEN), 변형단계(MOD), 계산단계(CAL)와,제조된 반가공 광학시스템(MSFOS)을 얻도록 상기 제 2 부분(F2)을 구비하는 반가공 광학시스템(SFOS)이 제조되는 제 1 제조단계(M1)와,상기 제조된 반가공 광학 시스템(MSFOS)이, 상기 제 1 수식(EF1)에 의해 정의된 제 1 부분(F1)이 또한 형성되어 상기 광학시스템(OS)을 얻도록 제조되는 제 2 제조단계(M2)를 포함하는 광학시스템 제조방법.
