상기 건조실(110)의 내부에 순차적으로 농산물을 안치한 트레이(131)를 적층하여 면상 발열체(121)로부터 원적외선과 열을 조사받아 농산물을 건조시키는 선반부(130); 및
상기 건조실(110)의 상부에 상향으로 설비실(146)을 형성하고 설비실(146)에 흡입펌프(141)를 설치하며 흡입펌프(141)에 흡입관(142)을 결합하고 흡입관(142)을 건조실(110)에 연통시켜 내부공기를 펌핑하여 진공시키되, 건조실(110) 내부의 온도와 진공 상태를 감지하는 온도감지센서(143)와 진공감지센서(144)를 설치하고 이를 센싱하여 면상 발열체(121)와 흡입펌프(141)를 제어하는 컨트롤박스(145)를 설치한 진공부(140)로 구성하되;
상기 건조실(110)은 흡입펌프(141)를 제어하여 60~65%의 진공상태를 지속적으로 유지하도록 함과 동시에 면상 발열체(121)를 제어하여 65~70℃의 온도를 지속적으로 유지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 농산물 건조기.
