골재가 투입되는 복수 개의 골재투입호퍼(11, 12, 13, 14, 15)를 갖는 콜드빈(10);
상기 콜드빈(10)을 경유한 골재를 가열, 건조하는 가열건조기(20);
상기 가열건조기(20)에서 건조된 골재를 선별망(31, 32, 33, 34)을 통해 크기별로 분류하는 골재크기선별기(30);
선별된 골재, 아스콘제조용 오일, 채움재를 혼합하는 혼합기(40);
상기 가열건조기(20)에서 건조된 골재가 선별망(31, 32, 33, 34)에 의한 분류과정을 거치도록 골재가 선별망(31, 32, 33, 34)으로 이동되게 하거나 선별망(31, 32, 33, 34)에 의한 분류과정을 거치지 않고 상기 혼합기(40) 방향으로 이동되도록 할 수 있는 분류제어수단(50); 및
상온재생아스콘 제조용 유화제를 포함하고 있는 상온재생아스콘제조용액을 혼합기(40)로 공급하도록 된 상온재생아스콘제조용액공급수단(60);을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 가열건조기(20)는 열을 발생시키거나 발생시키지 않도록 제어하는 것이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열아스콘과 상온재생아스콘의 생산이 가능한 아스콘 생산장치.
