일정한 형태의 기물 외측에 석고를 부어 석고틀을 준비하는 석고틀준비단계와,
상기 석고틀 준비단계를 통하여 준비된 석고틀에 수비작업을 통하여 채취한 도자기 소지입자를 용매에 분산시킨 슬립(slip)을 석고틀에 부어 상측에 개구부가 형성된 진흙지압기구를 성형하는 슬립성형단계와,
상기 슬립성형단계를 통하여 형성된 진흙지압기구에 가소수를 제거하기 위하여 지압기구를 실온 그늘에서 건조하여 건조지압기구를 생산하는 건조단계와,
상기 건조단계를 거쳐 건조된 지압기구를 가마에서 800~900℃에서 9~11시간 가열한 후 가마에서 24시간 자연 냉각하여 초벌지압기구를 생산하는 초벌구이단계와,
상기 초벌구이단계를 통하여 초벌구이 된 초벌지압기구의 표면에 유약을 도포한 후 지압기구의 개구부 내측에 유약을 닦아낸 시유지압기구를 준비하는 시유단계와,
상기 시유지압기구의 개구부의 내측을 받침할 수 있도록 내화판의 중앙에 받침돌기를 형성하고 시유지압기구의 내부와 연통되도록 내화판의 중앙에 연통공을 형성하는 내화판성형단계와,
상기 내화판성형단계를 통해 형성된 내화판을 가마 내부에 내장하고 시유지압기구의 개구부가 얹혀지도록 쌓아 놓고 1200~1300℃에서 12~13시간 동안 가열한 후 가마에서 48시간 동안 자연 냉각하여 지압기구를 형성하는 재벌구이단계로 성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마사지용 지압기구의 제조방법.
