도 2는 종전의 바브 봉합사의 측면도.
도 3은 종축과 평행한 가공면을 가지고 코브라 모양의 바브 단부를 가지는 본 발명의 바브 봉합사의 측면도.

도 6은 기존의 바늘 홀에 정착 봉합사를 삽입하여 부착한 측면도.

Claims (7)
- 봉합사의 표면 주위에 칼날로 표면을 절삭한 후 종축과 평행한 방향으로 칼날 몸체로 밀어서 USP 사이즈별 초기의 원사대비 바브를 형성한 후 인장력이 50%이상 유지되고, 정착력이 0.7kgf 이상 유지되며, 끝단부가 ㄱ자 형태인 코브라 모양의 바브를 표면에 형성하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 정착 봉합사.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 봉합사의 근위단부 부위를 경사지게 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 정착 봉합사. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 봉합사의 근위단부 부위를 경사지게 하여 바늘단부 반경보다 봉합사 반경이 같거나 또는 0.01mm 내지 0.1mm의 범위로 작게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 정착 봉합사. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 봉합사의 원위단부를 루프로 만든 것을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 정착 봉합사. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 봉합사 루프의 직경은 5 내지 30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 정착 봉합사. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바브 봉합사의 원 재료는 PDO, PGCL, PGA+TMC, PE, UHMWPE, PP, PA 중에서 어느 하나 또는 이들의 공중합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정착 봉합사. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 봉합사의 표면에 해당하는 360°에 1cm 당 1 내지 12개의 바브를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정착 봉합사.
