Claims (10)
- 지용성물질을 함유하는 세포를 배양하는 과정;
상기 지용성물질이 용해되는 지용성물질추출용매와 상기 세포의 배양액을 혼합하여 상기 지용성물질추출용매를 상기 세포배양액에 접촉시킴으로써 상기 세포의 상기 지용성물질을 상기 지용성물질추출용매에 용해시키는 과정;
상기 혼합액에 초음파공명장 또는 중력침강을 적용함으로써, 상기 혼합액으로부터 세포를 응집, 정체 및 분리하는 과정;
상기 세포가 분리된 나머지 용액을, 상기 지용성물질추출용매에 상기 지용성물질이 용해된 지용성물질-용매와 물로 분획하는 과정; 및
분리된 상기 세포와 상기 지용성물질-용매를 각각 수득하는 과정;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양을 통한 세포 및 지용성물질의 생산 방법. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리된 상기 세포를 재배양하고, 재배양된 상기 세포 배양액을 상기 지용성물질추출용매 또는 분획된 상기 지용성물질-용매와 혼합 및 접촉시켜 상기 세포의 상기 지용성물질을 상기 지용성물질추출용매에 더 용해시키는 과정, 및 그 이후 과정을 반복하되, 상기 세포의 재배양, 상기 지용성물질의 재용해, 상기 세포의 재분리, 및 상기 지용성물질-용매의 재분획을 1회 이상 다수회 함으로써, 최종적으로 목적하는 고밀도의 상기 세포와, 목적하는 농축된 상기 지용성물질이 포함된 상기 지용성물질-용매를 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양을 통한 세포 및 지용성물질의 생산 방법. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 세포 배양액과 상기 지용성물질 추출용매를 혼합할 때, 상기 세포 배양액을 진동 분쇄하는 과정 및 혼합액을 교반하는 과정 중 적어도 하나의 과정을 실행하여, 상기 세포 배양액과 상기 지용성물질 추출용매의 접촉을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양을 통한 세포 및 지용성물질의 생산 방법. - 지용성물질을 함유하는 세포를 배양하는 배양조(10);
상기 지용성물질이 용해되는 지용성물질추출용매를 저장하는 용매조(20);
상기 배양조(10)로부터의 상기 세포의 배양액과 상기 용매조(20)로부터의 상기 지용성물질추출용매를 혼합하는 혼합조(30);
상기 혼합조(30)의 혼합액에 초음파공명장을 적용하여 상기 혼합액에서 상기 세포를 분리하는 초음파공명장 발생장치(41)와, 상기 혼합액에 중력침강을 적용하여 상기 혼합액에서 상기 세포를 분리하는 중력침강장치(46) 중에 선택되는 세포분리장치(40a)를 구비하고, 상기 혼합조(30)로부터의 혼합액에서 상기 세포를 응집, 정체 및 분리하는 분리조(40);
상기 세포가 분리된(제거된) 상기 분리조(40)로부터의 용액을, 상기 지용성물질추출용매에 상기 세포배양액의 상기 지용성물질이 용해된 지용성물질-용매와 물로 분획하는 분획조(50);
상기 분리조(40)로부터 분리된 상기 세포를 수용 또는 처리하는 세포-수용장치(80); 및
상기 분획조(50)로부터 분획한 상기 지용성물질-용매를 수용 또는 처리하는 지용성물질-수용장치(90);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양을 통한 세포 및 지용성물질의 생산 장치. - 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 분리조(40)로부터의 분리된 상기 세포를 상기 배양조(10)로 순환하는 세포-순환라인(60); 및
상기 분획조(50)로부터의 분획된 상기 지용성물질-용매를 상기 용매조(20)로 순환하는 용매-순환라인(70); 을 더 포함하고:
상기 세포-수용장치(80)는, 상기 세포-순환라인(60)을 통해 상기 배양조(10)에서 1회 또는 2회 이상 재배양한 후에 상기 분리조(40)로부터 최종 분획한 고밀도의 상기 세포를 수용 또는 처리하고;
상기 지용성물질-수용장치(90)는, 상기 용매-순환라인(70)을 통해 상기 분획조(50)에서 1회 또는 2회 이상 재분획한 후에 상기 분획조(50)로부터 최종 분획한 농축된 상기 지용성물질-용매를 수용 또는 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양을 통한 세포 및 지용성물질의 생산 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 배양조(10)의 상기 세포 배양액과 상기 용매조(20)의 지용성물질추출용매를 상기 혼합조(30)로 일정량 공급하는 제1 연동펌프(2);
상기 분리조(40)에서 분리된 상기 세포를 그 밀도에 따라 선택적으로 상기 세포-순환라인(60)을 통해 상기 배양조(10)로 이송하거나 상기 세포-수용장치(80)로 이송하는 제2 연동펌프(3); 및
상기 분획조(50)에서 분획된 상기 지용성물질-용매를 그 농축도에 따라 상기 용매조(20)로 이송하거나 상기 지용성물질-수용장치(90)로 이송하는 제3 연동펌프(4);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양을 통한 세포 및 지용성물질의 생산 장치. - 제6항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 혼합조(30)에는, 상기 세포 배양액과 상기 지용성물질 추출용매의 접촉을 증가시키도록, 상기 세포 배양액을 진동 분쇄하는 진동분쇄장치(31) 및 상기 혼합액을 교반하는 교반장치(32) 중 적어도 하나의 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양을 통한 세포 및 지용성물질의 생산 장치.
