내부에 태양광 발전패널(1)이 수용되는 패널수용부(11)가 구비된 사각틀로 이루어지며 좌우 양측에 각각 제1,2기계실(11,12)이 형성되어 상기 태양광 발전패널에 결합되는 케이스(10)와;
사각틀로 이루어지며 상기 케이스의 상부에 결합되어 상기 제1,2기계실을 밀폐하는 덮개(20)와;
브러쉬 몸체(31), 상기 브러쉬 몸쳉의 저부에 형성되는 브러쉬살(32)로 이루어지며 상기 케이스의 패널수용부를 좌우로 횡단하면서 상기 태양광 발전패널의 표면에 있는 오염물을 제거하는 브러쉬(30)와;
상기 브러쉬의 좌우 횡단을 구동하는 브러쉬 구동수단(40)과;
상기 브러쉬에 의해 상기 태양광 발전패널의 표면에서 제거된 오염물을 흡입하여 포집하는 오염물 흡입수단(70)과;
상기 케이스의 패널수용부를 개폐하는 개폐막(50)과;
상기 개폐막의 개폐를 구동하는 개폐막 구동수단(60)과;
상기 브러쉬 구동수단과 개폐막 구동수단과 오염물 흡입수단의 구동을 제어하는 컨트롤러(80)를 포함하고,
