도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 표면 형상 측정 방법을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 표면 형상 측정 장치를 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (5)
- 구조물의 표면 형상을 측정하는 장치에 있어서,
규칙적인 무늬를 가지며 상기 구조물 앞에 장착되는 격자,
자외선 영역의 빛을 상기 격자 및 구조물에 수직 방향으로 조사하는 자외선 광원,
자외선 광원에 의해 격자의 그림자가 구조물의 형상에 따라서 형성되는 모아레 패턴을 촬영하는 자외선 카메라, 그리고
상기 모아레 패턴을 분석하여 상기 구조물의 표면 형상을 측정하는 측정부
를 포함하며,
상기 구조물은 반사면을 가진 표면 형상 측정 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 측정부는 상기 격자의 피치를 조절하여 측정 해상도를 제어하는 표면 형상 측정 장치. - 표면 형상 측정 장치에서 구조물의 표면 형상을 측정하는 방법에 있어서,
규칙적인 무늬를 가진 격자를 앞에 둔 구조물에 자외선 광원을 수직 방향으로 조사하는 단계,
자외선 광원에 의해 상기 격자의 그림자가 상기 구조물의 형상에 따라서 형성되는 모아레 패턴을 촬영하는 단계, 그리고
상기 모아레 패턴을 분석하여 상기 구조물의 표면 형상을 측정하는 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 구조물은 반사면을 가진 표면 형상 측정 방법. - 삭제
