Abstract
본 발명에 따른 척수 내 프리모관 가시화 방법은 시료 주입 과정 중에 발생할 수 있는 뇌의 손상을 방지하는 효과가 있으며, 실험과정이 종래의 방법보다 신속하고 간편하다.
또한, 척추관 주사를 통해 시료가 척수에 직접 주입되므로 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관을 신속하게 염색하여 가시화할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
아울러, 소량의 시료만으로도 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관을 염색할 수 있다는 경제적인 효과가 있다.

- 인간을 제외한 동물의 척수 내에 시료를 주입하여 상기 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관을 염색하는 시료주입 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
척수 내 프리모관의 가시화 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시료주입 단계는
척추관 주사(Intrathecal injection)를 통해 상기 척수 내에 상기 시료가 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는
척수 내 프리모관의 가시화 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시료는 트립판 블루(Trypan blue)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
척수 내 프리모관의 가시화 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시료주입 단계에서 척수 내로 시료 주입이 완료된 후에 척추궁절제술(Laminectomy)이 실시되는 척추궁절제 단계; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
