Claims (14)
- 각각의 형광 라벨들(4a, 4b, 4c, 4d)을 붙인 이동하는 컴포넌트들(2a, 2b, 2c, 2d)을 포함하는 생물학적인 물질의 샘플을 분석하는 방법으로서,모니터링될 라벨이 붙은 특정 컴포넌트(2d)를 식별하는 단계;상기 특정 컴포넌트를 둘러싼 상기 샘플의 적어도 하나의 영역(8)에, 상기 영역 내의 라벨들의 광학적 특성을 변경하여 상기 라벨들이 상기 특정 컴포넌트와 관련된 라벨과 구별될 수 있도록, 에너지 빔을 방사하는 단계; 및상기 특정 컴포넌트(2d)가 앞선 방사 단계 이후 움직인 경우, 그리고/또는 라벨이 붙은 다른 컴포넌트들(2a)이 앞선 방사 단계에서 방사된 하나 이상의 영역들로 진입한 경우 추가적인 방사를 수행하는 단계 ― 상기 특정 컴포넌트는 라벨이 붙은 인접한 다른 컴포넌트들과 구별될 수 있도록 유지됨 ― 를 포함하는, 샘플 분석 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 영역(8)은 모니터링될 컴포넌트의 궤도, 경로 또는 예상된 궤도를 기초로 결정되는, 샘플 분석 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에너지 빔은, 조합하여 상기 특정 컴포넌트(2d)를 둘러싸는 둘 이상의 영역들(8)에 방사할 수 있는, 샘플 분석 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 영역(8)은 2차원 또는 3차원으로 상기 특정 컴포넌트(2d)를 둘러쌀 수 있는, 샘플 분석 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 영역(8)은 길게 연장된 폐쇄된 영역 또는 부피를 결정하는, 샘플 분석 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄된 영역 또는 부피는 상기 특정 컴포넌트(2d)의 진행 방향으로 연장되는, 샘플 분석 방법.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에너지 빔과 샘플을 서로에 대해 이동시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 샘플 분석 방법.
- 각각의 형광 라벨들(4a, 4b, 4c, 4d)을 붙인 이동하는 컴포넌트들(2a, 2b, 2c, 2d)을 포함하는 생물학적인 물질의 샘플을 분석하는 장치로서,상기 샘플의 적어도 하나의 영역(8)을 에너지 빔으로 방사하기 위한 수단 ― 상기 에너지 빔은 상기 영역에서 라벨들의 광학적 특성들을 변경시킴 ―;상기 샘플을 고정하기 위한 지지대; 및상기 에너지 빔과 상기 샘플 지지대를 서로에 대해 이동시키기 위한 제어 수단 ― 그 결과 상기 샘플의 적어도 하나의 영역을 방사하기 위한 수단은, 상기 영역 내의 라벨들의 광학적 특성을 변경하여 상기 라벨들이 상기 특정 컴포넌트와 관련된 라벨과 구별될 수 있도록, 라벨이 붙은 특정 컴포넌트의 위치를 둘러싼 상기 샘플을 에너지 빔으로 방사함 ― 을 포함하며,상기 장치는 특정 컴포넌트(2d)가 앞선 방사 단계 이후 움직인 경우, 그리고/또는 라벨이 붙은 다른 컴포넌트들(2a)이 앞선 방사 단계에서 방사된 하나 이상의 영역들로 진입한 경우 추가적인 방사 단계를 수행하도록 구성되며, 이에 따라 상기 특정 컴포넌트가 라벨이 붙은 인접한 다른 컴포넌트들과 구별될 수 있도록 유지되는,샘플 분석 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 영역(8)은 모니터링될 컴포넌트의 궤도, 경로 또는 예상된 궤도를 기초로 결정되는, 샘플 분석 장치.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 방사된 영역들을 모니터링하고, 상기 하나 이상의 영역들로 진입하는 라벨이 붙은 추가 컴포넌트들(2a)의 검출에 응답하여 추가의 방사를 트리거링하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 샘플 분석 장치.
