Abstract

PURPOSE: An injection apparatus for a waterproof material is provided to prevent the waste of resources by enabling the reuse of a packer and to maximize the efficiency of waterproofing construction. CONSTITUTION: An injection apparatus for a waterproof material comprises a packer(110), a hammer guide(210), a hammer(200), and a hose connection(117). The packer has a check valve for backflow prevention composed of a ball and a spring and a passage. The hammer guide is extended in the longitudinal direction of the packer and is coupled to one end of the packer to guide the hammer. The hammer moves along the outer surface of the hammer guide and hits the end of the packer. The hose connection is formed on one side of the packer and sends a waterproof material to the passage of the packer.

또한, 방수물질을 균열지점에 투입하기 위해서는 우선 슬라브 벽면에 예비 천공을 한 뒤 소형 패커(packer)를 끼운 상태에서 방수물질을 인입시키곤 하였는데, 이러한 종래의 패커는 일회용으로 사용되는 실정이어서 환경보호 및 공사비용 절감의 차원에서도 장기간 사용할 수 있는 패커를 가진 주입장치의 필요성이 요구되어 온 실정이다. 또한 종래의 일회용 패커는 가격이 수천원 정도로서 매회 콘크리트 벽면에 꽂아 둔 상태로 공사를 마감해 버리는 일회용으로 사용할 경우 큰 자원 낭비가 아닐 수 없다.

내부에 볼과 스프링으로 구성된 역류 방지용 체크밸브를 구비하여, 방수물질 통과 및 역류방지를 위한 통로가 형성된 패커(110);
상기 패커의 일측 단부에, 패커의 길이 방향으로 연장되어 결합되며, 해머가 진행하도록 가이드하는 해머가이드(210);
상기 해머가이드 외주면을 따라 이동하면서 상기 패커의 단부(115)를 충격하여 슬라브 천공부위에 패커가 단단히 고정, 밀착되도록 형성된 해머(200);를 포함하되,
상기 패커의 일 측면부에는 패커 내부의 통로로 방수물질이 통과할 수 있도록 형성된 호스연결부(117)가 형성됨으로써,
주입호스(500)로부터 주입된 방수물질(300)이 패커 측면으로 관통하여 패커 내부를 지나 슬라브 균열부위로 주입될 수 있도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용물질 주입장치.
