The present invention relates to an injectable liquid mixer, and more particularly, to a chemical liquid mixer capable of mixing powdered medicine and distilled water contained in separate ampoules by a simple fitting structure.

In general, in order to inject a drug for patient treatment to a patient, the therapeutic drug must be made of a liquid, so in the case of powdered medicine, it must be mixed with distilled water to be injected. Therefore, distilled water is stored in a syringe and then injected into a powder medicine ampoule to be mixed. Although the mixed chemicals were re-used and used, this method has a lot of hygiene and safety problems. Recently, separate ampoules are mixed using separate mixers.

However, even in the case of such a mixer there is a problem that can not be properly mixed while foaming in the process of supplying distilled water.

Therefore, the present invention forms a hook frame in the through hole on the path through which the distilled water is supplied, and has a structure in which the valve moves up and down so that the distilled water flows to only one side to prevent the reverse flow of the valve. Description

The present invention relates to a chemical liquid mixer, and more particularly, to a chemical liquid mixer capable of mixing powdered medicine and distilled water contained in separate ampoules by a simple fitting structure.

In general, in order to inject a therapeutic drug for patient treatment to the patient, the nature of the therapeutic drug should be made of a liquid, in the case of powdered medicine is to be mixed with distilled water to be injected.

Usually, powdered medicine or distilled water is delivered in an ampoule sealed with a rubber stopper in a vacuum state. If you want to mix and use this, plug the syringe needle into the rubber stopper of the distilled water ampoule and drain the distilled water into the syringe cylinder. Plug the syringe needle into the ampoule to inject distilled water and mix the powdered medicine and distilled water.

Then, the mixed chemical is discharged back to the syringe cylinder to be injected into the patient.

However, in this case, when the syringe needle is inserted into the ampoule, a part of the rubber stopper falls off and is mixed into the chemical liquid, or when the chemical liquid is discharged into the syringe cylinder through the syringe needle, the fragment is mixed into the chemical liquid. Injecting rubber pieces into the body carries the risk of exposure to medical accidents.

Therefore, in order to solve this problem, a chemical liquid mixer for mixing and mixing powdered medicine and distilled water ampoules on both sides has been proposed, but the problem of this is that distilled water and medicine mixed properly with distilled water when bubbles are filled with ampoules of powdered medicine. It will not be.

In addition, in order to prevent any discharge of distilled water while distilled water is supplied to the powdered medicine ampoule, a valve having a cylinder shape of a normal light is provided on the supply path of the distilled water ampoule and the powdered medicine ampoule. Because the end of the very fine diameter of the distilled water is not properly discharged, there is a problem that bubbles are generated when the distilled water is discharged, the end is located at the bottom of the ampoule, the problem of the distilled water is more difficult to mix It is.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the valve structure for controlling the discharge of distilled water is made of a simple structure, the mixing of distilled water and powdered medicine is easy without foaming when distilled water is injected. It is to be done.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a mixer body in which insertion protrusions are formed at both sides, and the powder medicine ampoule and distilled water ampoule are combined to be mixed, and a hook frame is formed in the through hole formed in the insertion protrusion of the mixer body. Then, the valve is mounted to have a structure in which the distilled water is discharged to only one side while being caught by the hanging frame, and when the distilled water ampoule is located at the top, the distilled water is discharged. This is to prevent backflow.

As described above, the present invention is to control the discharge of the distilled water by the valve which is moved up and down inside the through-hole, the bubble structure when the distilled water is filled in the powder medicine ampoule while the valve structure is simple Without this, distilled water falls to the top of the powdered medicine to make the mixing of the distilled water and the powdered medicine well.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following drawings, the same reference numerals are used for the same components.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the present invention, inner spaces 11 and 11a are formed to be inserted into upper and lower sides of the mixer body 10, and the insertion protrusions 12, which protrude into the inner spaces 11 and 11a, are formed. 12a) is formed to sandwich the distilled water ampoule 100 and the powdered medicine ampoule 200.

At this time, the distilled water ampoule 100 and the powdered medicine ampoule 200 are sealed with a rubber stopper in a vacuum state, and end portions of the insertion protrusions 12 and 12a have a pointed shape so as to be forcedly fitted into the rubber stoppers 101 and 201. By combining.

In addition, the insertion protrusions 12 and 12a are formed with through holes 13 penetrating the upper and lower portions, vent holes 14 and discharge holes 15 penetrated in the lateral direction, and respective vent holes 14. ) And the discharge hole 15 is equipped with a filter 16 to prevent the inflow of foreign substances.

Therefore, the discharge hole 15 penetrated by the lower insertion protrusion 12a is blocked by a separate stopper 30, and the distilled water ampoule 100 is plugged into the upper insertion protrusion 12, and then the powder medicine ampoule 200 ) Into the lower insertion protrusion 12a, the distilled water contained in the distilled water ampoule 100 is sucked into the powdered medicine ampoule 200 through the through hole 13 by the vacuum force inside the powdered medicine ampoule 200. Air is supplied through the vent 14 and distilled water is filled and diluted with powdered medicine and distilled water.

Further, after mixing the distilled water and the powdered medicine, the mixer body 10 is turned upside down so that the powdered medicine ampoule 200 is located at the upper portion, and the stopper 30 of the discharge part 17 formed at the end of the discharge hole 15 is closed. After removal, the syringe 300 is bound to the discharge unit 17 to discharge the mixed chemical liquid contained in the powdered medicine ampoule 200 through the discharge hole 15.

At this time, the engaging frame 13a is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the through hole 13, and the engaging portion 21 and the blocking portion 22 are respectively provided on the upper and lower portions of the valve 20 inserted into and removed from the through hole 13. ) Is formed to determine whether the opening or closing of the through hole 13 is determined according to the rising and falling of the valve 20. The valve 20 has a plate-like locking portion 21 having a sharp point. It has a shape and a stepped portion (21a) is formed at the lower end thereof is caught by the engaging frame (13a) of the through hole 13, the lower blocking portion 22 is formed in a spherical shape of the valve 20 through hole 13 If it is inserted into the through-hole 13 is to be blocked.

That is, when the distilled water ampoule 100 is positioned at the top to mix the distilled water and the powdered medicine, the supply path of the through hole 13 is opened while the valve 20 is caught by the catching frame 13a and the distilled water is opened. Filled in the powdered medicine ampoule 200, and after the distilled water and powdered medicine is mixed, the powdered medicine ampoule 200 is turned upside down so that the valve 20 is inserted into the through hole 13 by its own load. As the blocking portion 22 blocks the through hole 13 so that the chemical liquid does not flow back, the chemical liquid is discharged to the syringe 300 through the discharge hole 15.

On the other hand, the valve 20 is preferably formed in the shape of a sphere as described above, the block 22, but the same effect can be obtained even if it has a cylindrical shape.

In addition, when the blocking portion 22 has a cylindrical shape, it is formed to have an inclined surface 22a in the shape of a truncated cone, and corresponds to the inlet of the through hole 13 into which the blocking portion 22 is fitted. If the fork inclined surface 13b is formed, the valve 20 blocks the through-hole 13 more closely, so that the valve 20 is not caught when the valve 20 moves up and down.

In addition, in forming the mixer main body 10, as shown in FIG. 10, when the outer surface of the lower portion of the mixer main body 10 is opaquely coated, the upper and lower ampoules are separated and the distilled water ampoule 100 and the powder are separated. The medicine ampoule 200 is to be able to be combined in place without being misfitted, it is to be able to easily grasp the mounting state of the current ampoule even during the process of mixing distilled water and powdered medicine.
