When the viewing authority is acquired, the authentication or charging process may be performed together. If the audio / video bitstream is transmitted in an encrypted state, the process of decrypting the encrypted audio / video bitstream using the acquired broadcasting program identification information or viewing authority may be further performed.

According to the present invention described so far, by transmitting and receiving broadcast program identification information together with the broadcast program, there is an advantage of facilitating identification and management of the broadcast program and activating distribution of the broadcast program.

In addition, according to the present invention, there is an advantage that the identification information of the broadcast program can be easily obtained and used without interpreting the broadcast program itself included in the file as an audio / video stream.

The method of the present invention as described above can be written in a computer program. And the code and code segments constituting the program can be easily deduced by a computer programmer in the field.
